  How fortunate we were to have booked with Francoise and Joe! Such a peaceful and secluded location--yet in the middle of all the action. A walk around the corner got us to the beach and the Indigo Club where the friendly and attentive staff took great care to remember us and always kept us quenched with drinks and brought lunch to us under the umbrella on the beach---superb Ceviche and Carpaccio high culinary attention to detail---be sure to get the vouchers to get a decent discount.The breakfast buffet is a great way to get the day started at the Indigo Beach Club. We waited to try the "Imprevist" restaurant for breakfast directly in front of the Plantation House till our final morning--it too was wonderful organic and superb quality and presentation. Our neighbors were return patrons who stay for lenghty periods--which proves that the hospitality and accomodations are a fine value. Our most important comment is that Francoise was so helpful in recomending an itinerary as we rented a car for a couple of days--we got to meet her and shared stories and a few glasses of wine!! She really made our stay complete with her "hip and intelligent" commentary and restaurant recomedations. WE WILL CERTAINLY MAKE A RETURN VISIT AND RECOMMEND PLANTATION HOUSE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BE IN THE ACTION BUT STILL HAVE GREAT PRIVACY! The St. Barts suite had everything--patio with shower and even a washing machine

  I was a solo traveler looking for relaxation. I was referred to stay in Plantation House and am SO glad I did. Find the beach by walking to the corner and turning left, find 5th Ave by walking 1 block over (plantation house is on the street that runs parallel to it). I would stay in the St Lucia suite again because it faces the ocean, has a CUTE living room/dining room/kitchen/bathroom setup downstairs and then your lovely bedroom is upstairs! The bedroom even has two chaise chairs outside on your balcony as well as an outdoor shower! After coming home from a day at the beach you can relax, take a dip in the pool downstairs or sit and watch the sunset. There is even a cute cat roaming around and I used the snorkel equipment and beach chairs that are available for free. SO amazing and I CANNOT wait to stay again! Thank you Francois & Joe! xo

  The reason I chose this property was because it had some architecturally interesting qualities compared to every other condo in town (which seemed like americana versions of what a beach condo 'should' be). Those qualities hold true in person. The reasons I think this was an excellent place to stay are the towering beach view from our secluded queen bed, the close-enough proximity to the beach (maybe 100 meters), and the outdoor shower overlooking the Caribbean. Those are great reasons to stay here. The icing is a caring couple who you can talk to about what you want to do/where you want to go and they can suggest ideas. It seems they've been there long enough to know. Don't forget to read the guest book to see what places other guests liked--it worked as our best resource for finding great food/cenotes/beaches/entertainment.
