The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Besides the fantastic views, the penthouse suite has unique style and character. It's well designed simple and unimposing yet subtle hints of artisan work and detail in the richness of it's wood furniture and floors, or the smoothly polished antique tiles under your feet. Plus I like watching the boats drift by!

Quiet and Quaint but somehow in the middle of it all

The reason I chose this property was because it had some architecturally interesting qualities compared to every other condo in town (which seemed like americana versions of what a beach condo 'should' be). Those qualities hold true in person. The reasons I think this was an excellent place to stay are the towering beach view from our secluded queen bed, the close-enough proximity to the beach (maybe 100 meters), and the outdoor shower overlooking the Caribbean. Those are great reasons to stay here. The icing is a caring couple who you can talk to about what you want to do/where you want to go and they can suggest ideas. It seems they've been there long enough to know. Don't forget to read the guest book to see what places other guests liked--it worked as our best resource for finding great food/cenotes/beaches/entertainment.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
