Ho soggiornato in questo ...

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento una settimana con mia figlia quindicenne. L’appartamento da quattro persone, come mostrano le foto, è nuovo e confortevole ed ha tutto il necessario per cucinare. C’è solo stato un problema con il frigorifero che non era funzionante, ma la proprietaria si è preoccupata di portarcene uno nuovo dopo due giorni, rendendosi disponibile in qualsiasi momento per riporre i cibi nel suo frigor. La proprietaria che parla italiano è molto gentile, puntale, precisa e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione o problema. Questa abitazione è nel centro di Medulin, a 10 minuti dal porto dove è presente una linea wifi libera per un’ora al giorno di cui abbiamo usufruito e a pochi metri inizia un lungo mare di spiagge con sabbia e scogli. Noi siamo stati sia nelle spiagge di Medulin sia in quelle del parco naturale di Kamenjak, le ultime si sono rivelate davvero favolose. Consigliamo ai prossimi visitatori di portare le biciclette poiché ci sono molte piste ciclabili. In questa zona ci sono anche molte spiagge dove i cani sono ammessi e possono pure entrare in acqua. E’ stata per noi una bellissima vacanza: ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!

Sauberes und großzügiges Feriendomizil, mit genügend Privatsphäre selbst für 5 Paare.

Sehr rücksichtsvolle und tierliebe Vermieterin, ist stets für Ihre Gäste da. Das Objekt war gepflegt, sauber und ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt wäre die Klimaanlage in der größeren Wohneinheit, durch den Grundriss der Wohnung und der Größe bekommt man in den heißen Monaten die Schlafräume nicht wirklich kühl. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in Sonja ihren Feriendomizil, welches man mit guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen kann.

Tutto perfetto!!!!!

Abbiamo affittato entrambi gli appartamenti nella settimana del 16 agosto, eravamo in 8 persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Entrambi gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutto il necessario (lavastoviglie compresa!!!), i terrazzi sono comunicanti e permettono ci mangiare fuori tutti insieme! Le camere e gli spazi comuni sono grandi e luminosi. La posizione è molto buona, in 5/10 minuti si arriva ovunque: spiaggia, market, panificio, negozi, ristoranti. La proprietaria Sonja, è una persona deliziosa e super disponibile!!! Ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo e visto l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo torneremo sicuramente!!!!!! Anna - Vicenza

perfetto!!

Abbiamo soggiornato (4 persone)in questo appartamento per due settimane. ultima di Luglio e prima di Agosto . Sonja,la proprietaria, si e' rivelata una persona estremamente disponibile e gentile. si e' prodigata per rendere la nostra vacanza il piu' confortevole possibile. l'appartamento si trova in una posizione tranquilla,al centro del paese. la spiaggia piu' vicina si trova a 15 minuti di cammino,ma consiglio vivamente di recarsi al vicino parco naturale di Kamenjak,dove si trovano bellissime spiagge incontaminate. il vicino parcheggio privato e' molto comodo,ottima la possibilita' di mangiare in veranda. l'appartamento e' accogliente e sufficientemente spazioso,in buono stato e pulito. da segnalare l'assenza di finestre in bagno e nella doccia.(due spazi separati) in doccia e' installata una ventola che garantisce comunque un'ottima aspirazione. la biancheria e' stata sostituita dopo una settimana,come da accordi. nel complesso,tutto ok,un'ottima soluzione in una zona fantastica dell'istria. Ristoranti bar e gelaterie si trovano praticamente ovunque. mi sento di consigliare questo appartamento,non abbiamo avuto nessun problema.
