Enjoy your own piece of paradise. Pelican Sound Golf and River Club is a gated resort-type community with golf, tennis, boating and beach access. This two bedroom plus den/study/optional bedroom, two full-baths, 1900 total square foot Condo is part of a beautiful 547 acre planned community with Mediterranean style architecture, beautiful landscaping and manicured lawns overlooking lakes and a natural preserve. This Condo is a very desirable second floor, end unit with a one-car garage and private entry. You can relax on the lanai with a wonderful view of a peaceful lake, golf course, and beautiful wooded wildlife preserve.
The Condo is beautifully furnished with every amenity to make your stay comfortable and memorable. As you walk through the spectacular entry foyer and enter the large great room, you are greeted by 14 plus foot ceilings and 16 inch ceramic tile flooring. This area has an entertainment center (cable television, DVD/VCR, and stereo), dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, all opening out to the lanai overlooking the lake, golf course and wooded preserve. The master suite, with sliding glass doors to the lanai and large windows overlooking the lake, is decorated with elegant furniture and fixtures, a huge walk-in closet plus an additional bifold four-door closet, a pillow-top oversized king bed, cable television, VCR, and ceiling fan. The full master bath has a shaving sink with double bowls, huge walk-in shower and a doored commode area The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a bifold four-door closet, a ceiling fan and its own television. The second bedroom and second full bath (with tub) can be closed off from the rest of the Condo to provide complete privacy for your over night guests. You can relax on the comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa in the den (which can serve as a third bedroom/office/study), or work on your laptop at the convenient computer desk, with high speed internet access. Enjoy the use of a new HP printer/fax/copier/scanner while watching a new Sharp 15" flatscreen LCD TV.
During your stay you can enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the separate dining area. Or utilize our new Weber portable gas BBQ grill (propane) for that luscious steak dinner. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is provided.
As a tenant leasing in Pelican Sound, you become a member of the Pelican Sound Golf and River Club. As a member of the golf club, you will have guest privileges to the 27 hole championship golf course. Practice facilities are available, including an aqua driving range, putting green, chipping green and sand trap area. After your round you can relax in Pelican Sound's 18,000 square foot club house ($1.8 million renovation completed in January, 2007) which offers a full range of amenities including casual dining in the grill room and bar, a formal dining area, a golf pro shop, men and ladies locker rooms, and an outside patio overlooking the golf course and lake.
