This wonderful Retreat sits on just over five acres of land and perfect for a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of busy city life.
Enjoy the wild azaleas, the viburnum, and over 20 varieties of hydrangeas, and many other flowering finds in this spacious home deep within the woods. It is a perfect retreat for a family of several families to get away to renew your mind in the quiet setting deep within the woods.
The master bedroom, on the ground level has a queen-size bed with a nice large bath and a footed tub for relaxing. The upstairs has two queen-size bedrooms and then a children's room with three twin beds. These rooms share a spacious bath on the second floor.
The beautifully finished home has a spacious living room with a wonderful wood burning stove that keeps you warm on the cool evenings. The well stocked kitchen has a jenn air stove, microwave, and all the comforts of home.
Enjoy the nice evening sounds and the flowering trees in your favorite rocker on the porch that wraps around the front of the house. A wonderful place for a glass of wine and the sounds of the woods to keep you company.
In Clifftops, you can enjoy the wonders in the woods with a 60 acre private lake including a beach. There are two club houses, a swimming pool, tennis courts, walking and jogging trails, horse stables, and a mountain overlook picnic area. You are only minutes away from the University of the South/Sewanee and St. Andrews School. There is a local fee market each weekend, and there are many restaurants, crafts, antiques, and stores near by. There are several state parks and hiking areas with spectacular falls and all levels of hiking trails very close by. There is even golf for those who can not stand a weekend away without their sticks.
