THE PROPERTY: The apartment is located on the corner of Seaside and Alawai Boulevard on the 20th floor. This a great location within walking distance to nearly everything Including the beach. All the great dining and shopping areas like International market place and duty free shops are very neer by. there is also a convenient store on the property.
The large recreation deck has a coin laundry, pool, sauna, hot tub and showers. The bus as well as the Waikiki trolley stops on Kuhio Avenue just a block from your apartment.
LARGE VERANDA: Sip your morning coffee from the spacious lanai with panoramic views from the ocean to the mountains. the verandah or Lanai in hawaiian is fronting the famous Alawai canal and golf course. The large lanai, over a 100 square feet is very usable. Complete with table and four chairs as well as a chase lounge for sun bathing.
KITCHEN AREA: The kitchenette has a built in cook top with two burners and a flat glass top. It has a full-size refrigerator as well as an under counter refrigerator. In addition it is stocked with a rice cooker, toaster, coffe maker, dishes, pots, pans and utensils.
BEDDING: There are two double beds.
BATHROOM: The bathroom is artistically painted in soothing shades of green. It’s clean and bright with a supplied hair dryer.

My wife and I are pleased that you are interested in our home away from home. We have lived on the island for years and live close to town so we would be able to avail ourselves if you need to make your stay more comfortable. I have worked in the hotel industry for years in different capacities. I was an executive housekeeper so I understand the standard of cleanliness. I am an artist. I have been a handyman and renovation contractor for the hotels for years. I renovate all of our own units. My wife speaks fluent Japanese and she is a realtor. She is also an avatar master.
