Gorgeous, winterized, family cottage on Lake Couchiching finished in glowing pine and gleaming wood floors. Beautifully furnished with large living room, dining room and 3 bedrooms, including a private upper loft. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, one bedroom has one double bed and one twin bed.
**This cottage will accommodate 7-8 for sleeping. However, the cottage right next door will accommodate another 6-8. Please inquire about taking one cottage or the two together to accommodate your larger group**
This beautiful property has western exposure which accommodates fabulous views of sunsets from the well appointed sunroom. Additionally there is 100 feet of private shoreline and a boathouse to store your boat. The boathouse has an expansive upper level sundeck providing a well elevated view of beautiful Lake Couchiching.
90 minutes from Toronto, 15 minutes to Orillia, Gravenhurst and Ontario's most famous Las Vegas style casino - Casino Rama, minutes to many ski resorts, snowmobile trails, golf courses, farmer's markets, boat rentals, horseback riding, lake cruises, walking trails, historic sites, live/screen theatres, casual/fine dining and treasure filled shops. A short walk to large park and play ground and the quaint and historic town of Washago.
This beautiful cottage has fire pit for bonfires **wood supplied**, unique Muskoka Cedar outdoor shower, paddle boat, 4 piece washroom, well equipped kitchen, boathouse and docks for your boat, BBQ and unique patio furniture for outdoor entertaining.
The sandy lake bottom is shallow for a considerable distance providing safe wading for the little ones and deeper water further out for the more experienced swimmers.
Excellent swimming, fishing and boating with access to the world famous Trent/Severn Waterway.
