Newly remodeled in 2009 with all NEW kitchen applicances- this is a super comfortable, one and a half-story home. Lovely shaded large front deck with beautiful views and beach breeze! Beautifully decorated so it feels like home. Professionally cleaned before your arrival. Fully equipped kitchen, all linens and towels provided, 3 TVs, DVD player and satellite TV is LR, MBR and 1 upstairs BR.
This house sits on a large double lot--so there's lots of room for volleyball, a softball game and the kids to play in a child's pool you might bring. Sit under the house, BBQ and enjoy the games!
Downstairs:
Living room with beautiful beach view; wonderful stone wood-burning fireplace; 1 double and 1 single futons (very comfortable); fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/lg oven, microwave (fully stocked with 12 place settings of dishes; pots, pans, wine glasses, coffee maker, can opener); full-size washer and dryer; large master bedroom with queen-size bed and private covered 2nd deck looking out to the Intercoastal Waterway with private stairs; crib for infant or todler (with linens and blankets); full bath w/ tub shower; dining room table & chairs; fully covered deck across the front of the house with great beach view; satellite TVs located in the living room and master bedroom; DVD player in Living Room. No phone - bring your cell phone.
Upstairs:
Two bedrooms - each with single bed and full bath (shower); satellite TV & DVD player in 1 upstaris BR as well.
All linens, pillows and towels are provided with your rental. Just bring your suitcase and RELAX!!
House is located in Swan Lake Subdivision (2723 Swan Court) in Surfside Beach. House is east of Stallman Park (for those who know the area) and a bike ride from the Red Snapper Inn (some of the best seafood around and written up in Texas Monthly Magazine for its great food!).
Rental Price INCLUDES all taxes, linens and towels. Additional $300 refundable security deposit required. Security deposit is refundable IF..... no damage is done to the house, excessive cleaning is not required and linens/towels are left clean and dried. THERE ARE NO HIDDEN FEES!!!!
