One-hundred-forty(140) foot dock provides a perfect place to moor your boat or park your SeaDoos! This home sleeps 6: queen bed in each of two lower level bedrooms, king bed in very large upper level master suite. There are two additional futons, one in the loft area and one in the master suite.
Available for weekly rentals year-round. Convenient to many "up north" popular towns - Traverse City, Leland, Glen Arbor and Suttons Bay; located on the Leelanau Peninsula near Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes National Park. Multiple opportunities for sightseeing, especially for those who enjoy wineries and unique restaurant experiences.
This home is decorated with rustic, lodge-look decor throughout, including cedar log furniture, tongue-in-groove cedar ceilings, and stunning woodwork; two-story glass windows look out over Lake Leelanau, a 20+ mile long all-sports lake excellent for boating, water-skiing, kayaking, fishing, and swimming.
The large dining room/kitchen faces the lake and looks out over a large deck. A fully-equipped laundry room has a private entrance with a "sandy feet" shower. There is a two-car attached garage and plentiful parking on a large back lot.
The location features a very large shallow swimming area with sandy bottom, about 140 ft. X 120 ft., sloping gently from a few inches deep to waist deep at the end of the dock.
