Villa Nasua is a small, family-owned and operated villa of six spacious condominiums, located in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica, a short and scenic drive from the international airport.
Surrounded by gardens and gated for privacy and security, this cozy little retreat offers six 2 or 3-bedroom, 2-bath condos, all individually furnished and decorated with a Spanish ambiance.
In the heart of Jaco Beach, a short stroll away from restaurants, shops, discos and the beach, the condos at Villa Nasua offer you the warmth and hospitality you'll find only in personalized accommodations, perfect for a comfortable yet affordable vacation with family or friends.
You will enjoy the privacy and comfort of having your own bedroom in these spacious, two or three-bedroom, two full bath condominiums.
Surrounded by large windows, each dining room is airy and spacious, and it is furnished in beautiful, hand-crafted wood. Each kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, a full-sized gas stove, and a wide assortment of kitchen utensils to prepare meals.
Beautiful tile throughout each condo add to its cool and graceful Spanish ambiance.
Enjoy it all, and the comforts of home, too: a living room with comfortable chairs and cable TV.
Upstairs you will find two or three spacious bedrooms. One is furnished with two single beds; the other(s) have a queen bed. Clean and comfortable, the rooms have A/C and ceiling fans, all wood closets and a secure drawer in each room.
The bathrooms are decoratively tiled on the floors and walls, and we use standard hot water heaters for your safety and comfort.
Because the condominiums are two story and the bedrooms are upstairs, some guests can retire early while others can stay up later, watching TV downstairs or visiting. Condominiums Nasua is your home away from home!

We would like to thank you again for our wonderful stay at Nasua. Feb. was the third year of staying with you for a month at a time and as always we thouroughly enjoyed ourselves. The gardens and pool are absolutely beautiful and the privacy is appreciated. Its comforting to have our transportation from the airport arranged for us. Everything is so conveniently located around Nasua and we love our morning and evening walks on beautiful Jaco Beach. Your help and knowledge in booking excursion while there is wonderful. My family has vacationed at Villa Nasua multiple times over the past 4 years. All published information about the property is accurate and correct. This is a family owned business and the villas are well maintained. Great spot for families with children with only 6 villas the property is never crowded or noisy with a clean pool and excellent security. You will be pleased with your stay.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and cousin. What a great deal! It was clean, comfortable, and we could cook our own food to save money. This was more economical than a hotel and we had our own two story condo within walking distance of all the nightlife and the beach! The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us find a grocery store and places to dance. I truly cannot imagine better accomodations, especially considering the price. If you're traveling with 3 or more people I really recomend this!.
