My husband and I purchased this condo because we live in a house nearby and LOVE the area. We plan on downsizing in a few years to the condo. The area is between two golf courses and two lakes within 2 blocks! It is quiet and peaceful, one level end unit among single family upscale homes. The lake and tree view is
great for enjoying the decks with glass railings. We would find it hard to leave this great area and hope that you will too. We make a sincere effort to have a clean and attractive condo with everything you need.
Why the Owner Chose Coeur d'Alene
We vacationed here in 1971 and decided then and there to retire here because of the beauty of the area. We love Hayden and Coeur d'Alene lakes and the wonderful downtown area across from the lake. The 5 star hotel is wonderful and inviting to locals and visitors alike with a huge open fireplace in the common area inviting all to enjoy the view. The area still has a small town feel with all the ammenities of a larger city. Spokane is only 45 minutes away and offers all the big city excitement. There is an abundance of medical facilities and hospitals. There are 3 ski resorts within an hours drive and an abundance of great golf courses to choose from. Trees, lakes, golf courses and the beauty of nature, what more could one want?
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The street is charming with lawns, trees and flowers in the summers and the winters are indescribly gorgeous with snow laden trees and covered with a blanket of snow. The people are friendly, we can walk the streets at night without fear. We love the Coeur d'alene downtown area, the beautiful city park and beach, little theater, new beautiful library and galleries.
There are great restaurants and a neat little bistro a block from the condo. The quiet neighborhood is inviting. We love the many golf courses and lakes to choose from.

We enjoyed the unit for 2 months while dealing with a medical issue in the area. We couldn't have been more pleased. Wonderful amenities. We really appreciated the attached garage and one level access with walk in shower. Fantastic unit for anyone experiencing mobility problems. Great views, lovely area. The best part was the graciousness and dealings with the owner. Highly recommend.

My wife and I just finished spending the month of August in the condo and highly recommend it. It's just great! You can't beat the location for access to Hayden Lake, and the greater Coeur d'Alene area. You are within minutes to shopping and lesire activities. The condo itself is beautifully furnished and has two bedrooms, both with very comfortable mattresses. The kitchen has new, up to date appliances that making cooking and storage a breeze. New washer and dryer as well that came in very handy. All the amenties are here...wifi, cable TV, etc. If you are a golfer, you are in luck because the condo comes with access to a golf cart and excellent courses are minutes away. The views from the decks--there are two of them--are beautiful and relaxing. It's a terrific place to unwind. The landlords couldn 't be nicer and are always available to answer any questions you may have about the area. I highly recommend a stay here if you are spending time in the Hayden Lake/Coeur d'Alene area.

At times pictures look better that the actual unit. The reverse is true in this case. The pictures do not do it justice! The new floors are beautiful and add so much to the condo. We are golfers so being so close to Avondale and having a golf cart too made it all the better.The condo is very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Claire and Mert are very eager to help with any questions and offer advice for dining and activities. We loved our stay in this quiet and picturesque locale.

We had a wonderful time. The condo is lovely and Claire is just the best. We travel a lot and stay in some pretty high-end accomodations. I have never stayed anywhere that I was more comfortable. The setting is beautiful and very peaceful. The location was extremely convenient for us as we wanted to explore from Spokane to Wallace and Moscow to Sandpoint. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are seeking to relocate to Hayden Lake when my wife follows me into retirement. I very much loved the condo and the Sheeleys are the greatest of hosts.

We stayed at this wonderful condo for an extended length of time when we relocated to the CdA area and had the opportunity to see how beautiful it was throughout all the seasons. The location is great, close to all amenities but it felt quiet and secluded. We especially enjoyed eating out on the patio over looking the lake. Mert and Claire are great, attentive to all your needs. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend it.

We stayed at this beautiful condo for a full month. Claire & Mert are wonderful hosts who live nearby. This condo has everything you need for a wonderful time. The setting couldn't be better. It's peaceful & quiet. It is located just minutes from everything, but you feel like you are in a peaceful world a million miles away. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful Idaho get-away! The peace and quiet, lovely view (inc. deer, eagles and quail) the proximity to so much to do made this a great vacation. We escpecially enjoyed the the lunches at the Porch bistro, Beverly's at the Coeur d'Alene hotel and the Sandpoint offered lots of little shops cafes.We did several interesting studios on the "North Idaho Arts tour. Got lost and met the nicest people. Can`t wait to return for another visit!

What a lovely, clean and comfortable home-away-from home, located in a delightfully quiet neighborhood overlooking Avondale Lake. It's a perfect spot for instant comfort and relaxation with all the amenities. Kudos to the owners!

The condo was well appointed, clean, quiet and very comfortable. The Hayden Lake area is very attractive and just minutes away from Coeur d'Alene restaurants, shopping and the lake.
