Welcome to Stone's Throw! - Russian River House Rental Situated on six beautifully wooded yet sunny parcels on a hill above the Russian River, Stone's Throw Cottage is the best of both worlds - complete privacy and utter seclusion, but only a "stone's throw" from the beautiful Russian River. The Cottage can sleep 12 - there are two bedrooms with queen size beds, a sun porch with a daybed with trundle that converts to a king-size bed, and a separate suite downstairs with 2 bedrooms - one with king size bed, the other with a daybed with trundle. There is also an Eddie Bauer inflatable queen mattress that can be used in a number of rooms. Children and well-behaved pets are welcome (we are fully equipped for infants and toddlers so you don't have to lug extra equipment on your vacation!). No Smoking, Please. JANUARY THROUGH MARCH -- 3 NIGHTS FOR THE PRICE OF 2!!

High Season (May-Sep) .. $295/night .. $1750/week (1 week minimum).
Low  Season (Oct-Apr) .. $250/night .. $1500/week (2 night min; 3 for holidays).
* plus 9% County tax.
Cleaning fee: $125.
Security Deposit: 1/3 of home rental (max $500), refundable.
Dog/Pet Deposit: $100, refundable.
Holidays are additional 10%.
