Spend time at Boca Grande the quaint town on Gasparilla Island. George 41 and 43 have been known to frequent the island. Port Charlotte,Punta Gorda and Venice have wonderful restaurants and shops.
Rent a pontoon boat at Stump Pass Marina in Englewood and cruise the Intercoastal Waterway. Take a Sunset Cruise, go Deep Sea Fishing. There are many Jet Ski, Boat Rentals and Tours to keep busy.
Enjoy the exceptional golf course at Riverwood and many others in the area as well.
Don't forget to catch the famous Florida sunsets over the Gulf and the Myakka River.
The smoke-free condo is a lovely second floor unit with cathedral ceiling living room. Lovely furnishings complete with a T.V. and V.C.R. Sliding glass doors open to the 300 square foot lanai .
The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a queen size bed, large walk-in closet and a French door to the lanai. The master bedroom has a pretty view of the lake also. The master bath has a double sink vanity with a separate room for a large shower and toilet.
The guest bedroom has twin beds (or together it is used a double) with a guest bath and pocket doors to be a separate suite. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a large pantry and breakfast bar with stools.
The dining area has a glass table with six chairs overlooking the lanai that has tables, chairs and chaise lounges for your relaxation. All bedding and linens are provided as well.
There is a laundry room in the unit with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Also a one car garage for your use!
