  Dirty dishes (used bandaid in a cup, pots & pans dusty, dried food on silverware, table coated with crumbs & hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time). thick dust on top of fridge, dust bunnies floating across the floor & folds of the curtains. Dirty carpets w/ crumbs & sticky debris. The bathtub had a lot of hair & residue left behind in it. There should be a cleaning service to come in & clean the counters, dishes, sanitize the sinks, tubs & toilets after each guest. It should be standard to sanitize between clients to prevent spreading germs & disease. I have never stayed in a vacation home before that was this unsanitary. We paid extra for pool heat but every night at 9pm the heat & lights shut off, so couldn’t sit in the spa once the kids went to bed. There was a black snake in the pool which my husband scooped out with the pool net. On our 5th day here, I saw a lizard go across the floor & under the couch. We flipped the couch & saw a fricken snake under the couch! We have no idea how long this snake was in the house or if there were any more anywhere else. This ruined our vacation for fear of where else there might be snakes hiding. There’re big gaps in the front door & the garage door (game room), snakes & lizards could easily get in these gaps. I told Ann about this as soon as we arrived home (& had picture proof if she needed it). Her response was demeaning & accusatory. She said she couldn’t do anything because she was only just now hearing about them (we left Florida on Wednesday, arrived back home on Friday & I emailed her on Saturday) & because I never contacted management. I asked how management could’ve helped since they weren’t going to come & clean the home; we already disposed of the snake, & we didn’t know that the heat & lights to the pool were actually supposed to be on after 9. Had we known, we would‘ve called. She said we must‘ve left the doors open for the snake to get in. I reminded her about the gaps in the doors & with little kids we wouldn’t leave doors open. Regarding the cleaning, she said “we don’t have a daily maid service”. I have never written a negative review before but after receiving Ann’s response & taking no responsibility or offering any sort of a compensation (in fact, she never responded back to me after her initial blaming email), I felt the need to write this so that other people didn’t have their vacations ruined like ours. I would highly recommend checking out other properties besides this one.

  Owner response: We were very sad to read this particular review, however not surprised given the level of abusive correspondence from this customer. We will always try and rectify any problems given the chance - Neither ourselves or our management company were given any indication at all throughout the stay that there were any issues. Indeed Issues were only raised after we ourselves queried missing items from our itinery. We have always had really positive comments about our home from the cleanliness, facilities to the location and are sad that these comments about our home have been made. We have a management company who provide 24/7 care for any customers who encounter problems throughout their stay and maintain our high home to the highest possible standards. Their contact details are located throughout house in a wide variety of locations and we have absolute confidence in them to provide a top class service. We are very professional and as such will not be bad mouthing any of our customers irrespective of their views on our home, however we will be happy to discuss any of the points raised in this review with any future clients should they wish to do so. All we would ask is that anyone wishing to come to our home read all of the reviews about our home before making a desicion based one one.

  We had a wonderful stay here with our extended family. The kids enjoyed their rooms and the pool and we enjoyed the wonderful layout of the house and that both our families we able to have king suites without the guilt of who got the bigger room, as they were both so great! The kids also loved the games in the garage and this home truly felt like our home away from home. The owners and management were amazing and we would reccommend this place in a heartbeat. Location was great as well, with all amentities you could think of right outside this beautiful gated community. Our only regret was that we were so busy everyday, that we didnt get to enjoy the house to its full extent. We look forward to staying here again when we are in Florida. Thanks Ann, you were a pleasure, as was your beautiful home.

  This was the first time we have rented a villa and it has been truly amazing experience. Villa is maintained to a very high standard with everything you require and more!! The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing, we had pool heat and would definitely recommend for this time of year as my girls used pool at all times. Owner was extremely helpful and would stay at this property again and would also recommend this property.

  This was my family's 8th visit to Florida but the 1st time at this property. Usually we are rushing around trying to fit in as much as we can. However, on this visit, and staying at this home we were more than happy to stay at home and hang out my the pool! It was truely like a home from home! The bedrooms are well furnished with everything you could need. Bathrooms are fitted to the highest standard and the kitchen has everything you need to cook for the family! It was so clean! Plenty of fluffy towels for all of the family and pool towels too! The pool area is spacious with beautiful palms and plants which provides a shady area should you wish to escape the hot Florida sun! The Disney and Universal Parks are really just a stone's throw away from the home. Its actually a joy to drive the short way down highway 192, it gives you time to take in your surroundings and chat about what you will do that day! If you want eat out in the evening but don't want to travel too far there are a number of restaurants very close by, such as The Outback, Cracker Barrel, Sweet Tomatoes and The Olive garden to name just a few and if you don't want to go out to dinner they do take out! The owner was very helpful. The questions I had before we travelled were answered within just a few hours. They were also very helpful with suggestions on where to go what to do whilst we were in Florida. As I have already said, this is our 8th visit to Florida but this house really made our holiday complete, we will definitely be visiting again, hopefully sooner rather than later!

  I have no complaints about this house. The location was great -- we came back during mid day when it was so hot and the kids rested, then returned later in the evenings to the park. The house was very clean. There were plenty of towels, sheets etc. Lots of "extras" like stroller if needed, cribs, breakfast food for your first morning, computer, wi-fi, video games. The owner was so helpful with any questions I had prior to our trip. I would rent this home again and I recommend it to any one with a large family that needs plenty of room. We also felt very safe in the gated community.

  This is the 6th time we have rented a house in Florida, the 5th in Orlando proper and this house surpassed any of our expectations. What can we start with? Everything has been thought of to make your stay comfortable. Video game systems for the kids in case of rain, a fabulous pool and beautifully landscaped pool area for the sunny days, close to attractions for those who come to see Mickey or the Dolphins. The house was clean upon our arrival and an awesome welcome package awaited us with food and drink to get us started which is something no other house has provided. Our family can't thank you enough for everything, especially how easy you made the whole experience from start to finish to rent this home away from home. We will definitely be back!

  What a delightful vacation we enjoyed in this beautiful home... Close to everything... The appointments and home were lovely. The pool completely private and refreshing..., the "extras" furnished like bikes were especially ejoyable I took rides in the early daylight which affored me the pleasure of seeing the Hot Air balloons in the Eastern Sky... what a sight. The security of the gated community was a plus. Would recommend the experience for anyone whether daily trips to the theme parks or just a "staycation" by the pool... A. & S. PS. Disappointed that there was not a characol grill as the add suggested but the managment company is trying to remedy that.

  The house was great! For accomodating for families and people of all ages. There is something for everyone! Very spacious, relaxing and we enjoyed every minute of it! Would definitely look into staying at this property again in the future!

  Villa location is just minuets from the parks and some fabulous restaurants, we have stayed hear twice in the last two years and have enjoyed every second of our stay. The bedrooms are beautiful and very comfortable, just what you need after a long day at the parks, The family room is very relaxing you have the latest TV and game consoles including Xbox kenect. The pool area was also a big hit, it was like an oasis and very relaxing. All in All there is nothing bad i can say. it was " GREAT"
