This spacious townhouse has a spectacular location. It's bordered by the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as by the Van der Meer Tennis University, the Players Club Fitness Center, and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. Our Townhouse is within a walking distance to all.
The beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are only a two block walk to the east. The hard white sand is ideal for beachcombing, jogging, dog walks, volleyball, paddleball, and "building castles in the sand."
Whether you're looking for a place close to the beach, a quiet tropical setting to "nest" in, or a high energy/high activity vacation, our townhome can offer it all. There are many activities to choose from. Yet this luxurious private residence offers lot of opportunity for quiet relaxation.
Most importantly, you can park your car and enjoy the 12 miles of hard sand -- which is perfect for bicycling or walking. There are also miles and miles of biking and jogging trails.
We put a lot of thought and care into the interior design of our villa. Our plan was to provide every amenity possible. This exceptional townhome exceeds traditional standards. You'll find stylish, beautifully coordinated, designer furnishings throughout.
Our Villa has been newly decorated and has all new furniture. The Gourmet Kitchen is fully tiled. The appliances and furnishings are all brand new.
This private residence is tastefully decorated in a tropical decor. On the 1st floor there is a living area, & a kitchen with all-white counter tops, & a bar-height kitchen counter top & stools. There's also a separate eat-in kitchen, a laundry area, and a large TV entertainment center.
Outside, in the middle of a subtropical setting, this end unit offers a private deck with rocking chairs & a grill.
Each bedroom suite has its own full bathroom. The king-size bed has a "pillow-top" mattress to insure a good nights sleep. A TV/VCR is included in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and "pillow-top" mattresses which can be converted to a King Size Bed. This bedroom has Cable TV.
There are upscale linens and towels in both bedrooms. The two-story townhouse design ensures that there is no one sleeping above you --to guarantee a quiet evening's rest.
A well-behaved dog is allowed. Call owners for details! If applicable, there is a $95 pet fee per week.

- Pet Friendly : We are pet Friendly and so is Hilton Head Island. The villa is only 4 blocks south of a pet bakery. There is also a pet park at the north end of the island. Beach Policy for Animal Regulations: April 1 - May 30 - Animals must be on a leash between 10 AM and 5 PM. May 30 until Monday of Labor Day weekend - NO animals allowed on the beach between 10 AM - 5 PM. Tuesday after Labor Day - September 30 - Animals must be on a leash from 10 AM - 5 PM. October 1 - April 1 - No leashes required at any time, however, your dog IS required to be under positive voice control. On the beach or not, local law requires owners to clean up after their pets.
- Kid Friendly : Hilton Head is very family oriented. There are no tattoo parlors or strange t-shirt shops to worry about. Bicycling is the major means of transportation on the Island.

Your lovely Villa was the perfect place to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. We visit Hilton Head often and hope we have the chance to stay in your villa again soon! The owner’s restaurant guide was right on and the bikes provided were a daily treat. We rode them every morning to Coligny Plaza for coffee and croissants. In the evening we would ride the beaches and watch the sunset. The unit is exactly as advertised... Very cozy and comfortable. Thank you Chuck and Mary

We had a great stay at 66 Ocean Breeze. Perfectly sized place with all the needed ammenities. Very clean too. Loved the king bed! Very close to dining, grocery, and shopping too.

Our month at 66 Ocean Breeze was great! The unit is convenient to the beach, shopping and entertainment. The amenities at this property are outstanding. They include all you need for a trip to the beach, 4 great bikes, and a wonderful golf package. This unit was great for our dog. The floors made for easy clean up of hair, and there were other dogs on the property so that walking him and clean up were easy too. Chuck and Mary's tips on dining and recreation are very helpful accurate. We really enjoyed our stay at your property, and would not hesitate to book with you again.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Ocean Breeze. The accomodations were very clean and met our expectations. We loved the location to the beach and all the bike trails were a bonus. Management was great to work with. We will definitely be back!

We love Hilton Head and we loved this villa. We have visited Hilton Head many times. The area where the condo was located was quiet and close to the beach and all of the activities near Coligny Plaza. The owners, Chuck and Mary, advertised that their villa was kept meticulously clean and they were true to their words. The Bikes made getting around so easy and economical. We rode the bikes on the beach every day and rode them to breakfast every morning at the Coligny Bakery and Java Joes. The "pillow top" mattresses were wonderful to sleep on. We want to put the mattresses in our home. The owner was very understanding and offered many good recommendations for dining and activities. We loved the Sea Shack for fish dinners and the burritos at Amigos. The condo was beautifully decorated and the surroundings made us feel like we were at the beach all the time. We have recommended this property to several of our friends and family members. We would have to say that this condo was awesome and gave us one of our best vacation memories - and we will be back!

Never had hot water

The house was nice however we never had hot water. And when we would call Chuck...he apologized and said he would come out to fix it. It would have been fine if it just happened once however it happened 3 times. The 2nd and 3rd time we called Chuck he wasn't so nice. The 2nd time he came out, it took him about 1 1/2 hours to get there and fix it. The third time he said, "Oh well i'm not going to be on the island until tomorrow, i'll come and fix it then." Which that is unacceptable when you have someone paying money to stay at your house. I understand it's a pain to come so much, but it wasn't a cheap vacation and i want to be able to take a hot shower if i want to. And he never felt the need to take a little money off for the inconvenient. We love hilton head, but will never do business with Chuck again. And there was a cleaning fee which is stupid because we were expected to clean up very well before we left, which was hard to do when you don't have any hot water to do the dishes. Over all we had an aweful experience with Chuck!!
Owner response:We are sorry for the inconvenience that Chomper & his girlfriend experienced, but their problems stemmed from their lack of knowledge of how a hot water heater on an Energy Savings Program works. Like most Hot Water Heater on HHI, our system is on an Energy Savings Program. The system has a timer & shuts off during energy peak hours to conserve energy, usually during late afternoon. This was the time that the girls & boys would come back from the beach and take a shower. We have been doing this for 11 years and they were the first to drain our hot water tank during the day. It takes about 1 hour for a shower to drain a 50 gallon tank. Why was the showers used for such a long time? They told us that after taking a shower the guys and gals would dry their hair. The additional electrical surge probably shorted out the circuit breaker. After resetting the breaker, everything worked fine! Next day I get the same call at the same time. I am worried & spend 90 minutes in an overheated attic testing all the circuitry and checking electrical systems. The hot water heater was working; just that the water was lukewarm because all of the hot water had been used. Now I suspect something; I ask them for their cooperation in helping to solve this dilemma & suggest that maybe taking a shorter shower or time it just an hour or 2 earlier may avoid a recurrence. They act offended when I suggest to them, to think that somehow their over use & abuse may be the problem. They suggest that they were paying for it & wanted hot water on demand – a lot of it too! The same time the next day I get the same call. Now what am I suppose to do? I tell them to wait just a few hours & the hot water tank will reheat and replace the used water. Upon inspection the next morning, everything is working fine again but I can tell they don’t like it. We don’t get anymore phone calls. Please note that after they left on 5/17/08; we have rented out this villa for the next 23 weeks before they filed their Review. Guess what? Not one phone call over the next 23 weeks complaining about hot water. What am I suppose to conclude? We have been doing this for 11 yrs. We have booked about 350 rentals this yr & over 2000 since our inception. This has never happened before, nor has it happened after. Once again, we are sorry for Chomper’s inconvenience, but as mentioned, their problems stemmed from their unrealistic expectations & abuse & their refusal to cooperate.

We so enjoyed our week 9-6 to 9-13 so much we will be back again and again. Our townhome was an easy nature walk to the beach, and Coligny. Kenny B's restaurant gives you plenty of good food. Chuck gave us great fishing spot, and was so easy to work with. Enjoyed Forest Beach and South Beach in Sea Pines to see the Dolphins every day.Thank you so much Chuck, for letting us bring Antonio the Collie with us. We loved this vacation and will be back soon. This is a well equipped unit, very comfortable, great bicycles, close to Coligny Circle and only a brief walk to a beautiful beach. Owners recommendations about restaurants are particularly helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. The ad describes it very accurately. We were particularly impressed by how meticulously CLEAN it was in every room! We were also pleased with how responsive the management was with our requests. We have two young children and normally we have to pack tons of equipment to make our travels work. Chuck helped lighten our load by providing us with a playpen, high chair, and a gate for the stairs. Great service!
