This is a unique opportunity to enjoy a spacious newer home within easy walking distance to the historic village of Pinehurst, the Club House and the the Carolina Spa. The house has about 2,300 square feet of gracious living space, 12' ceilings and offers four bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
We can accommodate eight to 10 persons in the spacious bedrooms as follows:
The Master Suite has a king size bed, large tv, walk-in closet and is away from the other bedrooms offering privacy. The suite has a twin vanity dressing area, large soaking tub and separate shower and bathroom.
The second bedroom has two full-sized beds, the third bedroom has two twins beds, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Two other full bathrooms serve these bedrooms. All bedrooms have a tv. We also have a twin air bed available.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS:
Cooks will enjoy the fully furnished kitchen that features all stainless steel appliances, a 26 cf. side-by-side refrigerator equipped with ice maker, ultra-quiet dishwasher, self-cleaning oven with smooth top range, a built in microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and an open breakfast bar complete this state-of-the-art kitchen.
HOME HIGHLIGHTS:
The open style floor plan of this tastefully furnished home, include the breakfast bar and a dining area to accommodate 8-10 people. Guests can relax in comfort of the luxurious great room complete with leather sofas and chairs, a gas fireplace and large screen tv. Relax outside on the seated patio or while cooking on the gas BBQ.
EXTRA AMENITIES:
For extra fun and relaxing with your guests there is a game room/library that includes a six person poker table complete with chips and cards - Ready for Texas Hold ‘Em! If you need to check e-mail inbetween rounds of golf, we have a wireless Internet service throughout the house. There is a separate laundry room for your convenience.

This newer house is super convenient to the picturesque Village Center of Pinehurst and you and your guests will have the opportunity to explore the many quaint shops and restaurants of this unique New England-style village. Great dining in the area, includes Greek, Italian, American, Mexican, Steak and Seafood as well as the popular Sports Bars and Pubs.
The famous Pinehurst Number Two Golf Course, site of the 1999 and 2005 US Open, is located at Pinehurst Country Club in the Village. Nearby is Southern Pines, also known for golf, but home to many more unique shops and numerous great restaurants.

Off Season Rates .. DEC 1 - MARCH 31
$200-$250/night, 2 night minimum ....... $1,400-$1,500/week ..$2000-$3000/month.
End of stay cleaning fee $100-$120 depending on # people.
Holidays and tournament/events may require a 3 night or 7 night minimum stay.
Pet fee $25 per night upon approval.
