The kitchen, dining room and living room have vaulted ceilings and are open to your own private heated pool in a screened in lanai with southwest exposure for maximum sun.
Every room has a new cable TV, with a large screen TV and stereo/CD/VCR player in the living room. Open floor plan with eat-in kitchen, bar eating area, dining room and living room all luxuriously furnished and complete with linens, appliances and house wares.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed with french doors to the pool area and flat screen TV. His and Her vanities and closets compliment the tub and separate shower in the master suite.
A second floor suite, complete with walk in closet and full bath provides privacy for other guests. A twin bedroom and den sleeping two each complete comfortable sleeping for eight.
Tastefully decorated in the Florida style, central air for your comfort and complete with every amenity you need for a great vacation.
Rental available with transferable private golfing privileges permits use of all three golf courses with preferred tee times for cart fee only for renter and spouse. Additional players at guest rate. Member privileges at additional charge. Contact owner with questions.
