  We stayed for just two nights. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and very well-stocked with towels and kitchen utensils. Just a short walk to the clubhouse and very nice pool area. The listing was accurate and the owner was helpful. I would definitely recommend this unit (and Windsor Hills) to others. We liked the keypad entry - no keys to keep track of. We plan to return to this unit later this year for a longer stay.

  What a great place to spend our vacation week! The location is very convenient to Disney and Sea World, and an easy drive down to Busch Gardens. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more: well equipped kitchen, pool toys, lots of towels. We loved how close the pool is, and the little shop was a nice bonus for a late night chocolate run! Everything was really clean, and Bob was very responsive to all of our questions. We hope to rent this condo again for a future trip - thanks again for everything!

  The condo was all that we expected! The photos were exactly what was represented. It was clean, parking was convenient, the pool was just a short walk away, and everyone was helpful and friendly! The condo was perfect for our family of four (each teenager had their own room!) Bob made sure that we had everything we needed, and even called us personally the night before we left home, heading for Florida. We highly recommend this condo, and would consider renting it again in the future. It was so convenient....we watched baseball in Lakeland, went to Disney, and drove to Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach! If I had to say something negative, it would be the check-in and check-out time....we had to wait around for the 4:00 p.m. check-in time, as our plane arrived at 1:00 p.m., and we had to check out at 10:00 a.m....which left us with not much to do on our last day, since our plane didn't leave town until 5:30 p.m. that night. It would be nice if these times were a bit more flexible! All in all, we had a great time!!!

However, with guests leaving on the same day as your arrival it is very difficult to prepare the condo any sooner based on the cleaning that needs to be done for a 3 bedroom condo. Same with leaving at 10am for guests arriving on the same day. I do want our condo to be the best it can be for each and every guest. We can always accommodate guests for early arrival or late check-out if no one is coming in on the same day. I would truly enjoy hosting your family again and we can figure out other options if early check-in or check-out is an issue. Thanks, Bob

  The condo was clean, neat and within easy access to Disney, shopping and other attractions. It was the perfect size for our family, four adults and 2 little girls. We would definitely choose this condo again. Owner couldn't have been more accommodating.

  The property was as advertised. Very clean, excellent amenities, friendly staff at front gate. Very easy to get to and extremely close to Walt Disney. Great location. We enjoyed our stay!

  The condo is very nice and exactly as pictured. Perfect location. Very close to Disney World. Appreciated it being on the first floor after long days at DW. Would definitely stay here again!

  I can't describe how perfect our experience was. The condo was immaculate. The location was the BEST. Everything we needed was stocked in the condo (hairdryers, iron, towels, kitchen items). There was even a binder full of helpful hints for the vacationer. Should we find our way back to the Orlando area, we will definitely stay here again!!

  My family (2 adults and 3 teenagers) stayed at Bob’s condo recently for 17 nights. After travelling from Australia for almost 24 hours it was wonderful to arrive at such a beautiful destination. The condo was exactly as described but seemed much larger in person. The kids were most impressed with the huge swimming pool, the wireless internet and the range of television channels. We had plenty of room and all the amenities of home. We were extremely close to the beautiful pool but did not have any noise like some of the other units. The information folder provided was very helpful. We loved that we were so close to Disney and all the restaurants in the area. We were all very disappointed when our time came to leave. We would not hesitate in recommending Bob’s condo at Windsor Hills to anyone visiting Orlando and if we are ever lucky enough to be visiting again we would definitely book with Bob.

  Just got back from our Disney vacation. June 3rd thru June 9th.We could not have asked for a better condo and a better landlord. Bob was fantastic answering all of our question's. The condo was even better than advertised. I looked at condo's for a very long time and finally settled on Bob's. Do not waste your time. If this condo is one of your selection's, DO NOT HESITATE!! You will not be disapointed. P.S. Location was perfect. So close, it might as well have been on Disney property.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.
