The condo was just as described and was very clean and well maintained. Bob was always helpful throughout the booking process and made sure our first visit to Orlando was a great success. It was so close to Disney - perfect location for our visit. We only went to the swimming pool once but the kids loved it - but there just wasn't enough time to do everything! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. You will love it!

My husband and I, our two boys, and my mother stayed in this condo for 4 nights. It was very clean, well-maintained, and had a wonderful location. We have stayed in Windsor Hills 5 times, each time getting a different condo. The location of this condo - first floor, facing the lake (NOT the parking lot) and close (but not TOO close) to the pool - was perfect! The owner was great to work with. He always replied to my emails whenever I had questions and even called to follow up on our stay. This is definitely the condo we want to rent the next time we visit Florida.

My family had a wonderful time and comfortable stay at this condo. The condo was very neatly maintained and exceeded our expectations. Beds were very comfortable. After a tiring day at the theme parks we looked forward to coming back and having a restful sleep and woke up fresh in the morning. Being on the first floor was an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Orlando.

We stayed at this rental for 10 days, it is absolutely everything we expected and more. Very close to the pool, on the first floor, all the amenities you could possibly imagine! Bob is great to work with! Very close to Disney, Universal, Sea World and Walmart! I recommend this to anyone!

We loved this condo and resort! It was very clean, and spacious. The kids loved that it was close to the pool. Bob was extremely helpful!! We will definitely stay there again if we return to Orlando. I have been telling all of my friends to stay there. It is a wonderful vacation rental that is very affordable!

I rented Bob's condo at the last minute and I must say it was absolutely wonderful. The unit was up to date, beautiful furniture with an atmosphere of being home away home. Just a few steps from the club house and swimming pool, this place is wonderful. Also, I must say the unit looks alot nicer than they do on-line. We only stayed there 3 nights and had reservations at emerald island. Just let me say this, my family was very upset with me for leaving Bob's condo. I would reccomend this to everyone and I will be back!!!

Wonderful Rental Experiance

I must admit I was a little leery of "renting from owner" but it was a wonderful experience. Bob walked me through the rental process and answered all my questions. The condo was exactly as promised. We had a nice comfortable home to come home to after or a day in the parks or just relax in on a rest day. We loved having a full kitchen and washer/dryer - the drying rack was a nice touch! This condo is well maintained. We found the beds more comfortable then those at home. This condo is not as heavily "Disney Themed" as some I've seen pictured, but that was not a priority for us. We mostly were in the area to go WDW and ate most of our meals on-site. We did shop at a near by Super Target for water, a couple of meals and breakfast items.

This is a beautiful and spacious home that’s obviously well cared for. The location is perfect for quick entry and exit from the property. The pool was a short walk from the back door – perfect! The in-unit full sized washer and dryer received almost daily use as we traveled carry-on only. We can easily recommend this place to anyone – I’m sure you will be as happy with it as we were.

My family stayed in Bob's condo during spring break week 2011. It was a fabulous trip! The condo itself had very large bedrooms and was more spacious than I anticipated. When we arrived, the condo was very clean and tidy. In regard to the location of the condo, we were amazed at how close we were to the amusement parks. (As an added bonus, it seemed as though the 'heavier' traffic when leaving the parks went the opposite direction to other condo resorts.) The condo community itself was very nice, and I appreciated having the security guards actively working at the gate. The pool was a very short walk as well. I would give this condo a grade better than "excellent" if I could! If we choose to visit the Orlando area in the future, we will definitely stay in this condo again! Thanks, Bob!

Great Condo

Let me start by saying that we have stayed in a lot of different places in Orlando and this condo was by far the best! The location is excellent, the main floor unit and proximity to the pool is great. Our kids loved the pool and waterslide. The size of the condo was perfect for our family. We will definately stay here again in the future.

My family a I stayed at Bobs Condo this past March.. We had a great time. The condo was very spacious and beuatifully decorated. We conuldn't believe the size of the beds.. Having two 6ft boys, the large beds where a treat. We founds all the parks where very close and easy to get to. It was definitley nice to beable to cook instead of eating out every nite. I would highly recommend staying at Bobs Condo to a resort, because it is a resort wth all the $$$$

This was our second stay at the Windsor Hills condo - four years apart. Both times, we were very pleased with everything. The communication with Bob and Andrea made arrangements very easy, and the condo was in beautiful condition: clean and well-maintained. Our security deposit was refunded very speedily, too. This Condo was awesome! Clean, nicely decorated, great size bedrooms, kitchen etc. It was located on the main floor with great access to the pool and other amenities at the resort. The owners were in contact with us periodically from the time we booked our vacation until after we had returned. It meant alot that they cared enough to make sure our stay at the Condo was good. I would definately stay here again and would recommend this location to friends and family. Easy access to great restaurants, supermarkets etc. and was less than 10 minutes away from all the Disney attractions! We had an amazing holiday!!

We really enjoyed the condo. The area was very nice, gated community. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for 4 adults & 2 kids. The kids enjoyed the pool area, even though the slide was closed. The condo was close to all the attractions. Restaurants were less the 3 miles away. Perkins had a great breakfast menu for kids. Thanks again for letting us use your wonderful condo.

I highly recommend Bob's condo as a vacation rental. We have enjoyed his hospitality for the past 6 winters. The condo is clean, comfortable and well maintained. Any minor problems that may arise are taken care of quickly. The first floor location overlooking the pond is outstanding. Since we rent with another couple the layout of the rooms lends itself to privacy as well as comfort. The baby equipmennt was very helpful when our grandchildren visited. The location of the condo is convenient to the parks, shopping and dining out. We love the pool and hot tub for relaxing and our grandchildren love the big slide. A great place to stay!!!!!!!

We stayed in Bob's condo in April 2009 and loved it. This condo is truly top notch. It felt like home in every way. My kids loved being so close to the pool and club house. Bob and his management company were a pleasure to deal with. Windsor Hills had 24 hour security at the gate, and many amenities. You almost don't need to leave the grounds. Everything is so close and accessable. I highly recommend staying here....you will love it.

Your condo is fantastic, Bob. We were in Orlando over Christmas and New Year's. The condo is top quality and very clean. Every room in the house is spacious and it was great for 4 adults and 2 children. We loved that it was on the first floor and a quick walk to the pool. Other members of our family stayed in a different condo on the resort and their condo was smaller, not as clean, and not as easy to access the amenities. This condo is a wonderful place to spend a family vacation in Orlando!!!

What a great week we had at the Condo. Just wanted to say thank you Bob for allowing us to stay in your wonderful upscale condo. From the time we arrived until we left we felt right at home here. This was the nicest place that we have ever stayed in. The big TV in the living room was great for the kids. The location was less then 10 minutes from the Disney property which made things very easy as well. The pool was just out of the door and down the sidewalk. Overall this was a outstaning vacation with a wonderful place to stay. I am recommending it to all of my friends and co-workers.

We stayed at Bob's condo the week of May 10 - 17th of this year. It was wonderful! The condo was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities you could think of. The best part is that it is on the first floor and really close to the pool. It was nice having a first floor especially moving in and out with our suit cases. We only had to walk a little way to get to the pool which we used every day. We loved the work out room too. I will definitely be back!

This condo was great! We heard no noise from other levels at all! It was great after a long day in the parks to walk a few steps and be inside our "home." Having stayed on property at WDW before, I would not go back. Having the extra space was SOO much more relaxing and we did not feel that we lost the "magic" by being offsite. And we found we were at the parks and back much quicker than when we were onsite using the buses. We will definitly stay here again! Thanks Bob! Alicia

Bob, Our family had a wonderful stay in your unit. At first there was hesitation when booking fearing that the pictures shown on the website were not what we would actually get. Anyone reading this note can be assured that the unit is beautiful and the location is great!The proximity to the main pool and club house was so close that we were assured our children were okay. Our friends stayed in a townhouse and I must say that the condo exceeded their expectations when they saw the unit. When we return to Florida, we will definitely book our next stay with Bob.

We stayed in Bob's condo over Thanksgiving week 2007. Wow.... I could not be any happier with our choice. The condo location was excellent. Just a quick walk to the pool and a view of the lake from the patio. Inside the condo was very nice. Had everything a family could need for the week and the beds were very comfortable. Windsor Hills as a whole is a good choice. The location is even closer to Disney then I had thought. One night from putting our car in D in the parking lot at the MK to putting the car in P at the condo took only 10 mins. The quickest park had to by AK though. Going left on 192 and taking the next right got us there in under 5 mins! WOW! The pool area is fun to hang out with and we really enjoyed the movie theater. I wasn't sure what to expect from the movies but it was a pleasant surprise. Basically it's a 70 seat or so theater with a large screen (200" maybe?) that they projected DVD's onto. Nothing is pre-scheduled. The first person to pick a DVD out of their collection (all free) gets to pick the time for that movie. After that they filled in other requests around your choice. Basically it was first come, first served and a great way to relax after a day at the parks. There are a couple grocery stores near by and we stocked up for the 10 nigths and ate a few meals at the condo. The kitchen had everything we needed. When we didn't eat in there were plenty of choices on 192. Many, many chains. Over all a GREAT experience and when planning our next Disney trip we plan to stay at Windsor Hills again.

Hi Bob - Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at your condo, October 23-28th. It was beautiful, clean, quiet & spacious. The pool and club house areas were great; found the back way to the pool! I was surprised at just how close we were to the Disney property, and how easy it was to get there. Everything is so well marked. Seaworld and Universal were only about 20 minutes away as well. I will certainly recommend your property to all of my friends who are planning an Orlando vacation. AWESOME Condo!!! We have rented several condos in the great state of Florida but none as nice as this one. Upscale furnishings, great location to clubhouse and pool. We had the pleasure of staying at the Windsor Hills condo about 3 weeks ago (March 2007) - Bob was more than accommodating, especially since our trip was delayed due to the lovely weather in Upstate New York - we finally arrived, and to our surprise, there were wonderful breakfast items awaiting us along with a very nice note and bottle of wine - "thank you again Bob". The amenities at this condo were nicer than we could ever imagine and we felt so "at home" the entire stay. The beds were so comfortable that within 2 week of returning home, we went out and purchased a new mattress for our master bedroom. The children enjoyed the pool and slide so much, that they would have rather stayed at the condo, than go to the Disney parks. We definitely plan to book again in 2 years and look forward to it already. Thanks, Bob, for the "home away from home" place to stay.

We stayed in this lovely condo over Thanksgiving and had a great vacation. It was beautifully decorated, clean, a fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, and has high-speed internet service. There are 3 TV's so everyone could do their own thing. The beds are so big and comfortable you will have a great sleep. It is no distance to the Disney Parks, Sea World and the airport. Also, convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. There is also a lovely pool, game room and even a small convenience store on the property. My family and I would definitely stay here on a return trip to Disney, and I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to my friends and associates. Thank you for the use of your wonderful home.

We truly enjoyed staying in the condo. It was beautifully decorated and we loved having a kitchen, washer and dryer. The kids loved having video games to play. The location of the condo is perfect (better than any other unit available in the resort). It is close (a quick walk) to the entrance, store, game room and most importantly, the pool. The pool area is beautiful and the kids really enjoyed the water slide. We thought staying here was better than staying "in the park" because the condo is so close to all the Disney Parks and the accomodations are much better. There are also lots of places to shop and eat that are very close to the condo. I highly recommed staying here and will definitley return! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We just returned from our vacation 5/28/06 and the condo was beautiful. This is by far the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. It was spotless and there were alot of nice extra touches that you don't get in most vacation rentals. This was our third trip to disney. We have stayed in a disney resort and outside in a hotel and this was by far the best choice. Lots of room, close drive to everything. The pictures do not do this justice. While there we talked to alot of other vacationers at Windsor Palms and it sounded like our condo had alot of features that theirs did not.-The pool is a short walk and it is Beautiful!-The owners were also great to work with-If my email address is shown feel free to email me if you are thinking about going and I would be more then glad to fill you in on our experience in this condo.

If your loking for a 1st class place here it is! The condo is even better in person. We were very pleased with everything. We even had friends visit while we were there (they stayed down the street in a time share and on Disney property) they were equally impressed with this place. They definately want the info on this condo for their next visit. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel at home while on vacation. The pool and clubhouse are a wonderful bonus to this property. Both are just a short walk. Look no further you have found the perfect place to stay while in Orlando.

What a wonderful place to call home for 10 days! We were so comfortable in your spacious and beautifully furnished condo. We had everything we needed. We spent lots of time at the pool and loved the waterslide. Everything was so clean and the grounds nicely groomed. It was great being in a ground floor unit and facing onto the lagoon. It was so quiet and nice to be only a few steps away from the pool. We all had a terrific time and it was great to be only 10 minutes to Disney. We loved coming home from the Disney Parks, having dinner in the condo and out to the pool for a swim before bed. We all slept like babies. It was an incredible vacation and we plan to come back again!

What a beautiful resort and condo! You should have seen the smiles on everyone's face when we walked into your unit. You have done an excellent job in furnishing it -- the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We never would have gotten a place this beautiful in Myrtle Beach at this price. It was definitely the nicest place we have ever rented. I am sorry to report that one of the medium sized glasses was dropped when the dinner dishes were being carried to the kitchen our first night. We switched to the unbreakable glasses after that. Your kitchen is furnished nicer than our everyday dishes. We did get a chance to see one of the Windsor Hills townhouses, and I thought you would be interested in knowing yours was furnished and equipped much nicer. The layout of the condo was much better. We especially loved having two master bedrooms considering our two families! The townhouse had a little pool, but too little to do anything in. Your condo location was great -- just a short walk to the pool and clubhouse. What a pool!!! We spent an hour and a half at Wet'n Wild, and our teenage boys were ready to get back to Windsor Hills. It was very crowded and the lines were horrible at the water park. What a wonderful retreat after walking around Universal for hours. We will definitely reccommend your place to friends going to Orlando. As a matter of fact, we would travel back just for your resort. There is so much to do in the area. A week was not long enough. My husband thought I should mention to you that the sprayer on the kitchen sink leaks at the base when it's used. Thanks again for a very memorable week!

Absolutely beautiful describes this condo and its furnishings. Spacious accommodations and fully equipped kitchen made this so much better than staying in a hotel. The pool ROCKED! The kids (and myself) enjoyed the waterslide. The kids preferred to stay at the condo and go swimming rather than another day at the amusement park. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to any and all!

Wow! what a great place. First floor entry makes check in a pleasure. Location could not be better as it is a quick drive to the Disney area attractions and dining along 192. Three large beedrooms and two baths gave us all plenty of room, true first class accomodations.. Property amenities are so nice your might decide to hang out out the condo and swim in the huge pool all day. Thanks for a great stay and will look to rent from you again.
