This former model home on the Indian Palms Country Club 27 hole golf course is ready for your desert vacation. Beautifully appointed with everything you will need, including bicycles and tennis rackets! It has a master suite and guest suite, plus a separate private room with a trundle bed and armoire. A third restroom accommodates this feature. It has a beautiful den, and blow-up beds are provided to accommodate any overflow. Even includes a Pak-n-Play! The large great room has a 56 inch DLP television and a library of DVDs and CDs. Included is theater surround sound for the DVDs. The large patio includes a gas BBQ grill and gas fire pit to enjoy the beautiful desert evenings, along with a putting green.

A short walk across the street is a swimming pool and spa. The Club also has a state of the art fitness center, tennis complex, and large swimming pool and spa.

Our desire is to have our guests return again to enjoy our home and the area. Call for any further information you may need, we would love to talk with you.

Hello..my name is Zip Trower. Thank you for reviewing our home as a possible rental. This is a picture of my wife Marsha and I in Jackson Hole, Wy (Marsha is on my left, holding the purse). We have rented the home to others since 2005, and have benefited from the new acquaintances we have made. The home (not a Condo) is extremely well equipped to provide you a home-away-from home, and is close to many of the desert's fun things to do. If you are interested, please e-mail or call us. We would love to accommodate your housing needs while in the area. Or, if our home is not what you are looking for, perhaps we can steer you in the right direction.

The Unique Benefits of this House

Although we are limited in how long we personally can stay in the desert, we always enjoy getting away from rain and snow. The sunshine, flowers, hiking, golf, tennis, and other recreational activities that abound are all things we enjoy. Our family loves to swim, golf, play tennis, and just relax.     • We just spent three months in this beautiful home. We only had seen pictures before we arrived and we were delighted when we entered the house: everything was better that we expected. The kitchen is a dream, the rooms are spacy and comfortable, the guest suite is seperate from the master suite: great for privacy. The house is equipped with everything we needed and more. Beautiful terrace on the golf course. But on top of everything, the owners have been of great help when needed and very friendly. They made us feel at home. Thank you Marsha and Zip.

    • This is a top notch vacation home. It has it all. Everything is first class and the beds are very comfortable. The owner has an extensive checklist to answer your questions about the area. First rate golf courses within short driving distance. Eating places are numerous and food is high quality. You won't be dissapointed if you rent this home.

    • We rented this home for a week in April. It was ideally located close to several golf courses and shopping. The big screen TV was a welcome plus which allowed us to enjoy many DVD movies with our friends. House was very clean and fully supplied with lots of extras. Thanks for the use.
