We stayed in the condo with a group of friends to celebrate a baby shower and 30th birthday and could not have had a better experience. The condo was decorated beautifully and provided us with everything we needed to have a relaxing stay without leaving the complex. The facilities and beach were gorgeous, and I would not hesitate to recommend to friends. Thanks for the wonderful weekend getaway!

This condo was the PERFECT location for a weekend with friends. It was beautifully updated and extremely comfortable. We had 8 people in the condo and felt like we had room to spare. Aside from spending most of our time at the beach and pools, we grilled out, watched movies, ate on the large patio, and used all the appliances to cook food- it really felt like home. The Adagio location was secluded and private. The pools were quiet and relaxing- just what we were looking for! Not one detail is overlooked in this condo- simply perfect! I would highly recommend this condo for families of all ages, singles/friends, or a romantic weekend.

This condo at Adagio was A-MAZING! Not only was it clean and tastefully decorated, it had a full beautiful kitchen, multiple flat screen televisions and a bathroom for everyone! The beds/bedding was also very comfortable and clean. There is a terrace overlooking the pool area (which is HUGE, 3 pools connected with little waterfalls) which has a full dining table/chairs and a few lounging chairs. The doors from the master bedroom also opened up to this large terrace. Overall GREAT location (super close to beach), pools, condo and close to the amazing Seaside and watercolor! So fun and I will surely go back...you cannot beat this price either!

A Wonderful Emerald Coast Escape - Too Good to Believe!

We, like so many other snow birds were blessed to find such a wonderful value on the most beautiful beach in the world. Although Jan/Feb in Santa Rosa Beach was not tropical it was much better than the snow and ice in Tennessee. Our condo was first class and we were very pleased with the space and the three bedrooms that were perfect for us and our children and grandchildren when they came for the weekend. The appliances are high quality and everything worked. The attractively decorated condo was clean and well taken care of and we had no concerns about any sanitation issues. There was no hint of smoke or pet smells. We could not ask for a better beach vacation experience. Adagio is located conveniently near everything we needed. A wonderful variety of restaurants, bicycle rental, a great bike ride to nearby Watercolor and Seaside, enjoyable hot tub-always ready, other condos where our friends were staying, medical and dental facilities when we had a need, movie theaters, and our salesperson Nancy Fox was a phone call or email away and always helpful. Oh, and yes and internet access for our computer at no extra charge. It was great - thank you Adagio and Nancy!

I have been vacationing on 30A since I was a little girl-more than 30 years. We have stayed in houses, hotels, condos, etc. but never anywhere as comfortable as the Adagio (D404). The condo is so spacious and just beautifully decorated. It truly has all the comforts of home. We take our 2 young boys and my parents and have more than enough room. We love the restaurants around Blue Mountain but it is great to have such a fully stocked kitchen for the nights when we want to stay in. The pools at the Adagio are incredible and one of our favorite ammenties. I have only seen comparable pools at tropical resorts. Before renting from Nancy (this was a 2nd time), we would go through larger rental agencies-never again! She is such a pleasure to deal with and so accomodating. It was never that personal with the larger agencies. I cannot say enough things about the Adagio and Nancy Fox...we will continue to rent from her in the years to come and you should too!

The property was lovely; such a great location. And the unit was lovely. I especially enjoyed the high quality bedding and linens. The master suite felt like a spa! The integrity of this owner/manager was confirmed when valuables we left in the unit after check out were returned to us.

Adagio is an oasis on the Gulf - a sense of the Mediterranean where you can choose generously sized pools or a pleasant beach. Situated so that it feels like a get-away but just a comfortable drive to either Destin or Panama City Beach. D404 is beautifully decorated and a great place to stay.
