Palm Beach is a five-story, luxurious condominium located on the Gulf. With only 100 units its beach and two pools never seem crowded. This spacious, one bedroom condominium is newly renovated and furnished.
This desirable first floor unit features a king-size bed, a large bathroom with two sinks, walk-in shower, and jetted garden tub. The kitchen is fully-equipped with quality cookware and all new appliances. It also includes a breakfast bar and two bar stools. A second half bath is located off the kitchen.
The living room is bright and roomy. It has a queen sleeper sofa and an entertainment center which includes a 32 inch TV, DVD, and VCR. The patio has a table for four and is only steps from the heated pool. Just beyond the pool is the walkway to the beach. The sand is white and the water is deep blue - a perfect setting for walking on the beach, shelling, swimming, and surfing. This first floor unit is ideal for families with small children as well as seniors.
This vacation resort is convenient to airports in Mobile, Alabama and Pensacola, Florida. Come stay with us!

Our first trip to Gulf Shores and we couldn't have been more pleased with the location and your condo!!! We loved being on the first floor with the pool right off our patio and the easy access to the beach. Your condo was beautiful and had everything we could possibly have needed to make our vacation stay enjoyable. Thanks for checking in on us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We will definitely plan another visit.

We needed to get away, and wanted to hear the waves crash, and get sand between our toes. Orange Beach is just a 5-6 hour drive from home. Mr. Bob was soooooo helpful with our last minute arrangements. This place was AWESOME! Our 9 year old son wanted to stay there forever... we did too. It was very nice being on the first floor, just steps away from the pool. We didn't have to drag out lots of stuff, and hike down to the pool or beach. We can't wait to go back.... Thanks again Mr. Bob for all of your help and consideration.

Tonight is our last night here. It has been an amazing experience. This was the perfect setting for my husband and me. The condo is beautiful and everything that you could possibly need is supplied. The first floor makes pool and beach easily accessible. I would definitely like to stay here again.The condo was extremely well maintained. And it has a very homey feel. The photos are exactly like the condo. What you see is what you have. I did everything over the internet. My hats off to the Palm Beach Condominium Association. There is on site security, which was very much appreciated.

My wife and I and two boys spent 4/20-4/23 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very convenient on the first floor...steps from the pools which my 11 & 9 year olds loved. It was a short walk to the beach which was very beautiful. The complex is extremely well maintained. We definitly will make another trip.

I surprised my boyfriend with a weekend at this condo. We had an amazing time - the condo is spacious, the Jacuzzi tub relaxing, the bed comfortable and the kitchen amenities unexpectedly top-of-the-line. The check-in process was easy - I loved being able to retrieve the keys from the lockbox upon our arrival instead of rushing to arrive during business hours. We were also pleasantly surprised to have dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent, and coffee provided in the condo. Many similar places do not offer these small items that so many of us forget while packing ;-) Bob was thorough and responsive during the reservation process, which I greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this unit and hope to make it "our" spot for long weekends in the future!

My husband and I stayed here Sept. 2009 with our little girl and fell in love with it. Being on the first floor and a few steps from the pool and beach are priceless when you have a child. The condo was very clean as was the whole complex. Also making reservations was really easy and we were even called after a couple of days to make sure the room met our expectations and it did. I highly recommend staying at Palm Beach. We are sorry we missed this year but we are expecting our 2nd child and decided to wait until next year. This is not a place for people who want to party which I love this is a place for a great family vacation. Great location right outside the state park and easy to find. Property is exactly like the photos. We love to eat at Desotos Kitchen, The Oyster house, and shop at the outlets.
