Located along the scenic New England coastline, the house is just a mile from the Narragansett Town Beach, making a day at the beach or a trip to the shops and restaurants of historic Narragansett Pier both easy excursions. Sand Hill Cove, Scarborough State Beach, and Galilee Fishing Village are all less than ten minutes away.
The house is approximately 15 years old and is in excellent condition, The interior has recently been painted and had new carpet installed - upstairs and downstairs.
The first floor has a large, spacious kitchen, powder room, and living room. The entire first floor provides easy access to the wrap-around deck; the first floor layout is ideal for large families and entertaining. The upstairs master bedroom with a king-size bed has spectacular sunsets view of the river, a private bathroom with an adjoining dressing area.
