This comfortable 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath (Jack and Jill style), 3rd floor unit features wonderful relaxing views of the pool and surrounding courtyard. Recently renovated and a cut above your usual vacation rental, everything you need to have a great time is here for you! Some of the prettiest beaches you will ever see are just across the street and we are also close to the fishing pier and the recently opened "Freeman Park." Pleasure Island will have a multi-ride amusement park back for the summer and the new go-kart track is now open!!
As well, we are just minutes away from the Pleasure Island Boardwalk, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Some of the other attractions close to us are our 10 acre Zoo, Jungle Rapids Waterpark and the Fort Fisher Ferry that runs to SouthPort. The Fort Fisher Aquarium is one of the best on the East Coast and offers hands on experiences for the kids. Last summer the aquarium added an albino aligator to it's reptile family and he is quite a hit!
On the Island you will not want to miss some of our local favorites and attractions. Brit's Donuts on the Boardwalk, Michaels Seafood, Freddie's in Kure Beach and the Zaaki Grill are always a good choice.
Take the kids to see the free weekly outdoor family movie at the Lake and enjoy the weekly fireworks put on by the Town of Carolina Beach during summer season. There is live music on the boardwalk almost every night!
Carolina Beach is conveniently close to all areas of Wilmington to include the historic downtown, and Mayfair Town Center, the upscale shopping area close to Wrightsville Beach.
If you have any special needs, requirements, or need some assistance making arrangements for venues within the area we will be happy to help in any way we can. From getting your hair done to a relaxing theraputic massage...we can refer you to great area professionals.

We stayed here for 4 nights with our two children and loved it! The couch was comfy for the kids and the condo was very spacious. It is only a few steps from the beach and the pool area is kept nice and clean. Beth was a huge help with restaurants. Highly recommend Harbor Mist restaurant! Can't wait to visit again!!!!
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family and I had a great time at Carolina Beach. The condo fit our needs and our wallet. Beth was wonderful to deal with and was very helpful. If we go back to Carolina Beach we will look up Beth and her condo again!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.

Parking under the building was so convenient, and the location was great! We walked across the street to the beach each day. We also walked out on the pier and met the local mascot pelican! There were many people fishing from the pier, and the kids and I got to touch a small sand shark somone caught before they threw it back into the ocean. The ocean looks different from way out on the pier! And we really enjoyed watching the surfers - especially on the one day the waves were great. The condo was lovely, and the owner was so accommodating and helpful in giving information about the area. It is close by an amusement park and at night it is the perfect thing to do with kids. And, you must not miss getting a doughnut at Brit's - located on the Island near the amusement park. It is more like fried dough than a traditional doughnut - and they serve them hot and freshly made! The pool was nice and private, and you have a great view of it from the condo. All in all, we had a wonderful time and plan to stay at Seascape again in the future!

We LOVE this condo! It is so nicely decorated and the appliance are new. It is definately a "cut above" what you usually find in vacation rentals. We love to come down here in the off season too....it is so quiet and the weather is nice and mild. Thank you guys so much for providing such a lovely little place at such a great price!
