This 3 bedroom 3 baths home is 6 miles from Provincetown in Truro, MA. It has a wrap-around deck with limited views of Cape Cod Bay. This house is on top a hill with a private deck sunning area.
The main entrance takes you into a combination living dining/kitchen area. With cathedral ceilings, leather sofas, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a wall of windows with 2 sliders that look out onto the Pamet and ocean side. These sliders also open onto a shady picnic table on the deck and a Hammock between two trees off to the side. On this level you will find the master bedroom with a private bath and 2nd bedroom with bath. These are located in the rear of the house.
The lower level bedroom has been completely renovated. This space has its own private entrance/Suite with a pull out sofa in a private foyer. With a bathroom separating these two rooms. There is an outside shower off this entrance. The closest neighbor is 50 feet and the furthest is 80 feet with lots of vegetation in between them.
The house is near 2 main beaches, Corn Hill Beach (bay side)which can be seen from the main deck of the house, and Long Nook Beach (Ocean side),Both are a short 5 minute drive from the house.
$10-15 cab fare to or from Provincetown if you decide to stay out late.
