This 3 bedroom 3 baths home is 6 miles from Provincetown in Truro, MA. It has a wrap-around deck with limited views of Cape Cod Bay. This house is on top a hill with a private deck sunning area.
The main entrance takes you into a combination living dining/kitchen area. With cathedral ceilings, leather sofas, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a wall of windows with 2 sliders that look out onto the Pamet and ocean side. These sliders also open onto a shady picnic table on the deck and a Hammock between two trees off to the side. On this level you will find the master bedroom with a private bath and 2nd bedroom with bath. These are located in the rear of the house.
The lower level bedroom has been completely renovated. This space has its own private entrance/Suite with a pull out sofa in a private foyer. With a bathroom separating these two rooms. There is an outside shower off this entrance. The house is in a private wooded setting located at the end of a dead end street with the closest home more than 100 feet away.
The house is near 2 main beaches, Corn Hill Beach (bay side)which can be seen from the main deck of the house, and Long Nook Beach (Ocean side),Both are a short 5 minute drive from the house.
$15-$20 cab fare to or from Provincetown if you decide to stay out late.

Wow, this house has everything, splendid views of the ocean, totally equipped and great games plus privacy. Stayed three days and felt very "at home" and comfortable. Close to many Cape activities and fine restaurants. I would highly recommend this property without reservation and yes, I am going back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Going to the Cape in Winter is seeing the relaxed side of a vacation, and this house makes it as cozy as can be! We loved being in the tree tops, with the fireplace and open kitchen, living room space. Everything in the house was clean, convenient, and accessible. We watched the bay close over with a winter snowstorm, but we remained warm and comfortable. Fabulous home. Open floor plan. Great decks. Spacious. Immaculate. Perfect. Everything you could ask for and more. To add to our glory we experienced a BLIZZARD! So we cozied in and made a fire and played games and cooked in the well supplied kitchen. I highly recommend this home to a group or family. You really will never want to leave.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I spent the Thanksgiving holiday at this house. What a great decision! There was so much room to spread out in, yet with the comfort of the fireplace, it felt extremely cozy. The kitchen was perfect for preparing a holiday dinner, with plenty of room for more than one person in the room. In addition, the large island/countertop provided lots of space for snacks, drinks and meal preparation. Although it was a quick trip into Provincetown for shopping and siteseeing, it was hard to pry myself out of this wonderful house. Of course I did step outside - especially to enjoy the fabulous views from the wrap-around deck. I'm planning on coming back as soon as my schedule allows. By the way, the owners are wonderful and so easy to deal with. It truly is "The house you never want to leave"!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Absolutely spectacular...there are no words to describe this piece of Heaven. The views from the decking, from the entire inside of the house through the floor to ceiling windows are phenomenal. Two separate floors with bathrooms, bedrooms and living space allow separation of adults/teens or children if desired. Spotless. Fully equipped kitchen. Perfect location close to the best beaches. You can easily be in the middle of the busy Cape or be in your peaceful, tranquil, beautiful home surrounded by nature! Owners are responsive to questions, extremely helpful. Would recommend this home in a heartbeat!!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed over Labor Day weekend thinking it was going to be a crazy downtown P Town. Not so, it was the perfect crowd. The guest book tips were very very helpful as we started our vacation not knowing the area. We quickly found our way to several beautiful beaches and many great dining places. The Red Inn was truely a special place to dine. The best parts of the house was all the parts. From the bonus 3 bathrooms to the cool modern living room to the relaxing vintage bedrooms! Plenty of parking and a nice quiet neighborhood. We did enjoy our stay very much.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

We spent a week in this lovely house at the end of August of 2012. It was one of the best vacations ever. The house is large and is located conveniently close to two beaches. It is also close to Welfleet and is a short drive away from P-town. You can watch beautiful sunsets from the deck in the house. The living room is large and is nice to hang out at the end of a long day. The house itself is large and can easily accomodate 6-8 people. This was our second time staying here, and we'll definitely be back. The house is located close enough to the beach and to Provincetown, that it's a just a short drive. But far away enough that you're not in the middle of all the tourists. We loved the house so much that two of the seven nights we were there, we didn't even go out. The views from the deck are breathtaking...the night just slipped by as we watched the sunset. And Bill (the owner) was such a pleasure to rent from. This house is extraordinarily comfortable; the setting, overlooking the trees and bay in distance is so special, and every detail for the renters' comfort has been thought of. The photos do not do the house credit. During our week there (too brief a stay) we were quite comfortable even during a brief bit of bad weather. The house is wonderfully appointed and well maintained. There is plenty of privacy and the view from the lower deck is tremendous. We could not have been happier and definitely plan on returning.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.
