This 3 bedroom 3 baths home is 6 miles from Provincetown in Truro, MA. It has a wrap-around deck with limited views of Cape Cod Bay. This house is on top a hill with a private deck sunning area.
The main entrance takes you into a combination living dining/kitchen area. With cathedral ceilings, leather sofas, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a wall of windows with 2 sliders that look out onto the Pamet and ocean side. These sliders also open onto a shady picnic table on the deck and a Hammock between two trees off to the side. On this level you will find the master bedroom with a private bath and 2nd bedroom with bath. These are located in the rear of the house.
The lower level bedroom has been completely renovated. This space has its own private entrance/Suite with a pull out sofa in a private foyer. With a bathroom separating these two rooms. There is an outside shower off this entrance. The house is in a private wooded setting located at the end of a dead end street with the closest home more than 100 feet away.
The house is near 2 main beaches, Corn Hill Beach (bay side)which can be seen from the main deck of the house, and Long Nook Beach (Ocean side),Both are a short 5 minute drive from the house.
$15-$20 cab fare to or from Provincetown if you decide to stay out late.

This house is extraordinarily comfortable; the setting, overlooking the trees and bay in distance is so special, and every detail for the renters' comfort has been thought of. Spaciousness and graciousness abound in The House You Never Want to Leave. 5 Stars say it all!

The photos do not do the house credit. During our week there (too brief a stay) we were quite comfortable even during a brief bit of bad weather. The house is wonderfully appointed and well maintained. There is plenty of privacy and the view from the lower deck is tremendous. We could not have been happier and definitely plan on returning.

My family and I had a wonderful time on the Cape this year (our fourth trip there in five years!), and your home has been our favorite. The view from the deck is just lovely--our last night there, there was a crescent moon, and I think Venus or some very bright star was visible next to it, with pinkish colors along the horizon. The bay was glowing and sparkling with the reflection. Truly amazing--I made the entire family come outside to see it. The house had everything we needed, and our son loved the downstairs space--he created his own "man room", and I never had to look at the mess! Perfect!

Came here in the off season with two of my girlfriends and we just had such a wonderful time. The three of us had our own bedrooms and bathes. The home is so comfort and peaceful that it was just what we needed. The views were spectacular! We can't wait to go again! Brought my cocker spaniel too and he loved it as well!

I stayed at this beautiful house the first weekend in March for a girls getaway. It was amazing. The house is very spacious, but yet extremely cozy. I liked how open it is on the top floor. There is no wall dividing the kitchen, dining room and family room which is perfect. There are tons of seats so we were all able to sit around, drink wine and tell stories. There was also a lot of parking and a nice wrap-around porch. I highly recommend staying at this house and definitely want to stay again over the summer.

We were three couples, and we rented the house for a week at the height of tourist season in August. It was lovely and really quiet; unless you drove into town, you didn't have to know that Truro was thickly populated. The owners were very kind and helpful. We loved the sunshine and shade of the deck and ate several festive group meals on it, though we found you had to stand on tiptoe to see the ocean. The kitchen is well-stocked for most things one would want to cook. Our bed was extremely comfortable, and I think our friends felt the same. Took us several days to find the seals, probably because we were slow to get to the ocean, so happily holed up were we in the house. But they're worth getting to!

This was our third year at this lovely house. We chose this house for its beautiful shaded decks. We start our day with coffee and breakfast on the deck followed by a walk to Truro's town ocean beach (we saw seals every morning swimming just yards off shore). We end each day watching the spectacular sunset off the deck. We had beautiful weather every day. We cycled in every direction--this is an ideal location 10 miles to P-Town and Wellfleet. The hosue is well equipped with every appliance and amenity you could possibly want. We had two teenage guests this year who had fun playing the many games available. The house is clean, light and very nicely decorated. We love it! We had another wonderful week!
