Why the Owner Chose Bonita Beach
Bonita Springs is a great town in southern Florida and although busy in the winter months, does not have the hustle and bustle of a large city like Tampa or Miami. Two fabulous beaches across the street. Great community theater. Convenient shopping, and a great place to kayak, boat, bike, shell, and sunbath. Only 2+ hours from Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes from Fort Myers airport.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The beach is immediately across the street. We are on the top floor and can look out over the gulf. It is nice just to leave the hustle and bustle of big city life and work behind and relax a little bit. Our unit is updated and is the perfect size, 500 sq. feet; I do not need to spend my entire time off keeping up with house work. 20 minutes and housework is done and I can go to the pool, the tennis courts or the beach or just read.
5 Building complex located immediately across the stree from the beach opertated by the Florida State Park system. 2 heated adult pools plus one child pool. 10 Harclay tennis courts.
A great place to eat. Do take out food to the beach and sit and watch the sunset right into the water...spectacular.....great food to.
