Have your morning coffee on the top floor deck while watching a beautiful sunrise, your children in the pool below or on the beach, or saying "hi" to the pelicans and gulls as they wing past you close by. You may even watch a pod of dolphins making their way by off shore. Sleep with the patio door open, and you'll be lulled by the surf.
There is a four screen movie theater uptown and the unit has two TV's, VCR and DVD for rainy days or evenings. Board games are also supplied to let families reconnect and enjoy one another. There is also wireless internet for those who just can't take a real vacation.
The unit is clean, cozy and comfortable for up to six guests, with full cooking facilities. The convenience store across the street carries many essentials, and a super market is located uptown.
There are lots of fun things to do in Carolina Beach and in Wilmington, Kure Beach and Southport all nearby.
The building is in the south end a quarter mile from "the lake", a large city-owned lake with kayaks and paddle boats for rent. We are also a 12 minute saunter down the beach from the Boardwalk and the Marriott.
Rent includes sales and room tax. Cleaning fee, $55. Half of rent to guarantee reservation, half due at least 14 days before rental. $300 security deposit.
