Our updated, one-bedroom, one bath condominium has a new Simmons Beautyrest queen-size mattress, bunk beds for the kids, and a new full-size sleep sofa. 100% ceramic tile flooring, new refrigerator, range, dishwasher, kitchen cabinets, commode, bathroom sink, bathroom cabinets, patio furniture and more.
When you step out of your newly remodeled unit, you will step outside into your piece of paradise. Serene marshes guide your three minute walk to our resorts endless beach. This gated Oceanfront resort is located mid-island on 55 beautifully landscaped acres. The resort offers numerous amenities and activities and is the ideal spot for a family vacation or a getaway retreat for two.
For those with an active lifestyle, there are ten lighted tennis courts, a tennis pro-shop, and new fitness center. This resort also offers the largest pool on the island, a convenient children's pool, new playground for the kids, an oceanfront Tiki-Bar (seasonal) for food and drinks, and many great golf courses within a short drive.

We have stayed at a few different condos. All I can say is this one is beautiful, clean, comfortable, decorately perfectly, and everything we could want. There were even waters and sodas waiting on us when we arrived! The owners are helpful and agreeable. I think probably my favorite aspect other than the fact that this condo was not "beach tacky" is the fact that the comforters and blankets were freshly laundered. I just loved it! There is an ocean view, locks on the sliding glass door that actually work, and everything you could need is there!
Recommended for:Families with young children.

Our 7-day visit last week exceeded all of our expectations! The unit was bright, cheery, and immaculately clean. I had read some reviews of other units that stated they were "old, musty, and outdated". This was certainly not the case with unit A-210. Every amenity was provided, including a hair dryer, which was very much appreciated since we had forgotten to pack one! The bunk beds were more than big enough for my 12 year-old twins, and I could have actually slept on one of them myself. By the middle of the week, we were referring to the unit as "home". It was a sad day when we had to leave, and I thank the owners, the Parkers, for allowing us to spend a week in their villa, in what is one of my very favorite places in the world! It was a fantastic stay, in what must surely be one of the nicest villas in the resort. Thanks again!

My husband and I took our 3 boys under 8 to Hilton Head and stayed at this condo. It was so clean and decorated so nicely. Plenty of room for our family and the boys loved the bunk beds! The owners were great to work with and it was such short notice. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants wonderful family memories. The pool was great at this location because our 2 little ones played in the small foot pool all week and we had no worries. We had such a good vacation and I was really impressed with our view and this condo-thanks so much for all your help!!:)

Ms. Fran was wonderful to work with and she thought of everything in the villa. Every detail had been thought of and it was very inviting. My husband and I enjoyed a night by ourselves and then 2 of our children joined us. They particularly loved the bunk beds and the beachy decor. We have stayed in numerous villas at HHIB&T and I can tell you that this villa tops them all. The quality of the of furniture, decor, etc! We loved that it was close to the elevator, but very quiet! The view was great, and on the west side of the building allows you to enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony without being baked by the sun. "A" building is a great location...close to pool, beach, tennis, playground, CVC store, but without all of the traffic and noise that you can get in other buildings. Usually when you vacation there are always those little things that you forget....Ms. Fran had it!!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation....we have already referred this villa to several friends! You will miss out if you don't choose this villa.

This condo was very nice for our stay July 31-Aug 4, 2010 I was very please with everything from several towls, some drinks in the fridg., the home setting, the view and walk to the beach. I have 3 small children and this was great for them. This was our 1st vacation to HHI and I would consider going back. It was very layed back and just a great place for a family vacation. The best place we ate dinner was actually at the Sports Bar at the resort, food was great and even got to see the gators in the water! Mrs. Fran was very easy to work with and she was very helpful in every way! Thank you so much for everything!!!!

My family and I recently stayed at the above listed unit and truly had a wonderful time. It is the perfect size for a family of four with two small children (any more than that might be cramped). The unit was very clean and had all the essentials. The villa owner was easy to work with and very accomodating. My family felt at home in the unit. Access to the beach and the pool was a very short walk. Laundry room was shared by other guests but was conveniently located right down the hall. Internet access is available (with the rental of a modem through the resort's customer service desk) The overall property of the resort was well kept and family oriented. Security personnel are on the property (and actually walk the halls of the units). This certainly provided my wife and children a safer environment. The resort is conveniently located near good restaurants (Old Oyster Factory - Excellent, King Fisher - Very Good, and Carrabbas - Very Good) and a full grocery store (Bi-Lo). The Resort does have a restaurant on site (but my family never ate there). The Resort also has a small convenient store located in Resort's front office (supplies are limited and prices are higher than Bi-Lo). The island has much to offer but my family and I took advantage of the Resort's pool and beach access for the majority of our stay. We did a boat tour (with Dolphin Discoveries) which I highly recommend for families with small children. We were able to see dolphins (and other wildlife) up close and our guide was informative, helpful and eager to please. My family and I would recommend this property to friends and family members. For those who have never been to Hilton Head Island...you will be pleasently surprised by all it hase to offer!
