This beautiful 2 bedroom condominium is located on the 7th floor of the Brighton Oceanfront Condominium at Kingston Plantation. Enjoy the breathtaking southern view of the ocean from your spacious balcony, Master Bedroom, Kitchen or Living Room.
The condominium is just over 8 years old and redecorated within the last 2 years with rich vibrant colors and comfortable elegant furnishings. Enter your vacation dwelling through a lovely marble foyer with a spacious closet for storage. The full size Kitchen has granite countertops, GE appliances, tile floor and a magnificient view of the ocean. Enjoy meals in the elegant Dining Room which comfortably seats 6. Enjoy TV in the Living Room which also has a queen size pullout sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. The spacious Master Bedroom features a king size "sleigh" bed, dual closets, dual vanities, and adjoining marble tiled bath with jacuzzi and shower. The Second Bedroom is quite large and comfortably features two double beds and a walk-in closet. The second Bathroom is easily accessible from the Living Room, Dining Room and second Bedroom. It is tiled, has a full shower and bath and also a full washer and dryer.
Each room has a Flat Screen TV with remote control. The Living Room also has a DVD player. The large balcony features a patio table for outside meals, as well as comfortable chairs for relaxation. The balcony is accessible from the Master Bedroom and Living Room.
Kingston Plantations' 145 acres are beautifully maintained and landscaped. Your stay at the resort includes access to the $4.5 million Sport and Health club, indoor pool and numerous outdoor pools located right outside your condominium. You can participate in yoga and aerobic classes, tennis clinics/lessons (8 courts), racquetball tournaments (3 courts), or exercise in the extensive weight and nautilus facility. Kids and adults can enjoy the lazy river and "splash pool" with water slides, mammoth squirt guns and "The Gigantic Bucket" which spills a deluge of water every couple of minutes. YES THIS CONDO DOES INCLUDE DAILY ENTRY INTO THE SPLASH WATERPARK AND HEALTH CLUB. The beach is right outside your condominium and umbrellas/chairs are avilable for rental. Restaurants and Pool bar are located on site. For those addicted, "Starbucks" is located in the hotel lobby.
