Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge!
Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Sofa in der Wohnküche, lässt sich leicht zum Doppelbett umbauen, so dass man auch mit 4 Personen übernachten kann. Klimaanlage in der Wohnküche und im winzigen, aber ausreichenenden Schlafzimmer. Wenn man die Klimaanlage in der Wohnküche einschaltet und die Türen auflässt reicht das aus. Bei Betrieb beider Klimas u. dem supergroßen Kühlschrank, fällt schon mal der Strom aus. Der Sicherungskasten ist aber direkt im Flur und man kann sofort wieder einschalten. Die Dusche mit den Maßen 60x60cm und einem sehr schmalen Einstieg durch die Duschwände, ist für kräftige Personen nicht geeignet. Bei uns war es kein Problem. Der Balkon hat eine tolle Markise zum runterkurbeln als Sonnenschutz. Wenn man im Appartement ist, empfiehlt es sich, die Haustüre und Balkontüre offen zu lassen, dann hat man einen angenehmen Durchzug. Wir hatten tagsüber 40 u. nachts fast 30 Grad draußen. In Capitana befindet sich ein gut sortierter Supermarkt, gleich nebenan eine Bar/Tabakladen/Eisdiele und oben auf dem Supermarkt ein Restaurant/Pizzeria. Im Hafen gibt es ebenfalls eine Pizzeria und eine Bar. Alles zu Fuß in 5 Min. erreichbar. An der Hauptstr. in beide Richtungen gibt es div. Minimärkte und kleine Geschäfte. In Capitana selbst gibt es keinen schönen Sandstrand. 500 m in Richtung Cagliari fängt der Flumini-Strand an, der ist ganz ok, wenn man mal nicht mit dem Auto los will. Ein Mietwagen ist absolut empfehlenswert. Es fahren zwar auch immer Busse, aber nachts hat man keine Möglichkeit, mit dem Bus aus Cagliari zurück nach Capitana zu kommen. Altstadtbesuch zum Bummeln und Shoppen muss sein. Von Cagliari bis Quartu St. Elena, zieht sich der beeindruckende, breite Poetto-Strand über mehrere Kilometer, mit dem Salzsee dahinter und wirklich echten Flamingos im See. Kurz hinter Capitana in Richtung Villasimius, wird man mit einem echten Karibik-Feeling belohnt: Wasser wie Glas, kleine, weiße Sandstrände, hier und da ragen Felsen aus dem Wasser. Die Bucht von Is Mortorius ist ein Erlebnis. Und wer dann noch weiter fährt sieht wirklich traumhaft schöne Buchten. Als Ausgangpunkt für viele tolle Ausflüge, ist die Wohnung wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

tres beau séjour a la mer
tres bel appartement pour 3 personnes tres propre aves tout le nécessaire un accueil chaleureux des boissons fraiches dans le frigo une sauucisse sarde du fromage et du pain.nous n'avions pas de voiture et nous nous déplacions en bus j'ai trouvé une piscine pas loin et une plage de galets a 50 mètre avec une pelouse. endroit tres traquille cela nous convenais parfaitement.il y avait un supermarché pas loin avec gelateria bar des produits de qualités et une pizzeria et un petit restaurant.nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances

CASA DELIZIOSA!!!!
La casa è in un ottima posizione,sia per chi arriva da Cagliari,sia per chi intende spostarsi verso Villassimius..anche se ha il mare a due minuti a piedi..La casa è veramente deliziosa..dotata di ogni comfort possibile ed immaginabile..I proprietari Beatrice e Paolo ,sono davvero molto gentili e disponibili..Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo..Torneremmo decisamente!!!
