The Paniolo Cottage is located in the beautiful green rolling hills of Waimea known as "upcountry." It is the perfect starting point for your day trips to all parts of the island. It is a short drive to the island's most beautiful, white-sand beaches of Hapuna and Mauna Kea. The town of Waimea offers many fine restaurants, art galleries, shops, and activities such as horseback riding, biking, live theatre and cinema. Nearby are world-class golf courses, Waipi'o Valley, and scuba diving or deep-sea fishing excursions from Kawaihae Harbor.

The cottage offers sleeping for four. There is a private bedroom with a queen-size sleigh bed, bathroom with shower, and a large vaulted-ceiling living area with a day bed (that converts into two twin beds). The kitchenette is equipped with everything you will need for light meal preparation and there is a dining area inside or on your own lanai. The cottage has cable TV, a DVD player, wireless internet access and laundry facilities are available on-site.

You may also enjoy the nearby spa room which features a swim against the current pool and jacuzzi. From the jacuzzi you can view majestic Mauna Kea. After your swim, take a soothing steam shower in the spa's bath.

We provide beach towels, beach mats, snorkeling equipment, Boogie boards and a cooler for your trips exploring the island.
