Our apartment is a single family owned condominium where we have enjoyed many years of vacation with our children. Puerto Rico is a beautiful island with wonderful beaches and lots of attractions and activities for adults and children.

Apartment not well-maintained

just returned from a five day stay in this apartment. better bring your own your toilet paper because if you run out (and you will) it is not supplied by the place. the water heater is tiny and you will run out of water even after one quick shower. the tub/ shower connection is broken and most of the water runs out of the faucet into the tub and not the showerhead.
Owner response:We are sorry you had a problem with the shower. If you would have notified us, we would have gotten a plumber to go to the apartment and fix it right away. The water heater has never been a problem for our family of 5 or others that rent our apartment. Because condo rentals are not hotels, only initial supplies are left for tenants. That helps condo rentals to keep the rental costs lower for tenants than if renting hotel suites with 2 bedrooms, living/dining room and kitchen (or even renting 2 or 3 hotel rooms that would provide sleeping for 4-6 people.) There are 2 bathrooms in our apartment and toilet paper is provided in both. There are supermarkets nearby and a minimarket right in our building where tenants can buy the essentials that need to be replaced.
