My fiancee and myself own the house in Kill Devil Hills North Carolina. We are both professionals she is a Legal Nurse Consultant, Paralegal. I am a Computer Scientist
who works for the Navy. We live in Connecticut near the Long Island Sound. We love being near the water which is one reason we bought the house in North Carolina.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The reason we bought the house is that it is convenient to everything the area has to offer, but it is not on the main road. We are in a development called Colington Harbour which is a gated community. It offers a club house with a pool, tennis and basketball courts. There is also a beach next tot the pool on the bay. The house sits on a lot and half so there is a little more
privacy than most homes in the area. You look out from the deck to the canal and it is very peaceful
