Retreat to a gorgeous 6400 square foot, timber-framed home situated in a mature hardwood forest overlooking the Huron River. This house is perfect for large groups and family reunions.
Live in the comfort that you would expect from a five star luxury hotel. When this house was built eight years ago no expense was spared. There are granite countertops throughout the house, even in the laundry room. You will enjoy the opulent feel of the walk-in marble shower in the master bath. The marble and hardwood floors on the first level are features that clearly demonstrate the quality of this home.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the main deck high above the Huron River. You will have the feeling that you are in your own 100 acre private nature preserve completely isolated from any neighbors. You will probably see deer, egrets feeding along the river and a host of other wildlife during your stay.
If you enjoy cooking, you will love the kitchen which is fully-equipped with the highest quality cookware, utensils, and appliances. If you enjoy outdoor cooking we have a gas grill, charcoal grill, smoker, gas-fired deep fryer, and even a heavy duty rotisserie that can be used to roast a pig or lamb in the barbeque facility located by the river.
We bet the kids would love to "camp out" in the screened in gazebo by the river after enjoying a day of fishing. If you are a boater or sports fisherman, arrangements can be made to charter our 27 foot Tiara cabin cruiser. If you have your own boat, launch it 5 minutes from the house and moor it at our dock. Because of its gentle flow, the Huron River is one of the most popular places on Lake Erie for water and jet-skiing.
