SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The first bedroom has two twin beds, second bedroom has a double bed. Our front sun room, with a nice view of the bay, has two pull-out twin beds. The family room has a pull-out sofa for sleeping two. Ideal for a non smoking family of 2-6.
HOUSE FEATURES:
Central Air. Fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, Microwave and more... One full bath with shower and tub. Laundry room with full sized Washer & Dryer. All rooms have been renovated and most appliances are new. Amenities included: secure WiFi, upgraded cable package, local phone service, Beach badges, Movies, books and games.
OUTSIDE FEATURES:
Our Picnic Table seats eight under the shade of a beautiful tree. Enjoy cooking on the Gas Grill. Long day at the beach? Wash off the sand in the Outdoor Shower.
SAVE ON GAS! This home is conveniently located. Park your car and walk to the beach, the dock, miniature golf, lots of eateries and plenty of shopping.
