Villa on the ocean! If you are looking for a beautiful, clean, well maintained, Hilton Head vacation rental, look no further. This villa is perfect for couples or small families who want location and comfort but are on a budget. Our villa is on the top floor of this 4 story building giving a perfect view of the ocean from the balcony. It is so close to the beach (the ocean is right outside your door); yet it also offers a proximity to numerous shops, boutiques, and restaurants. It is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, and will accommodate up to 4 guests. It features a fresh coat of paint professionally done in March of 2011, beautifully decorated modern living room with a queen size sleep-sofa, a 32 inch flat screen TV with Cable, a DVD player and a bar table with two chars. A wall mirror above the couch brings the ocean view into your living room. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed with brand new luxury bedding. There's a full bathroom with ceramic tile flooring. A fully updated kitchen has white cabinetry, new tile floors and all brand new appliances. The bathroom has been updated with tile floor. Community washer and dryers are available on each floor.
You may not need to use or move your car; dozens of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and attractions are within walking distance. Enjoy the short walk to Coligny Plaza, home to quaint little shops, entertainment, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop, movie theater and bakery, as well as bars, outlet shopping, boating, miniature golf, and sightseeing are all within a few miles of the villa.
There are two brand new outside pools on the complex, equipped with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing, both available for guests. There's a boardwalk for easy access to the beach. And there are outdoor showers, and an observation deck with lounge chairs for basking in the sun during the day, or to enjoy the beautiful southern sky during the night. If you enjoy grilling, a couple of charcoal grills are waiting for you on a wooden deck, surrounded by manicured landscape of myrtle bushes, palm trees, and Spanish moss.
This gated community offers covered parking under the building and a parking lot for overflow. If you are looking for a family vacation, an intimate getaway, or a golf/tennis vacation, Hilton Head Island is the place for you.

Why the Owner Chose SeaSide Villas
We purchased the condo as an investment and as a place for us to vacation from time to time. We love using it also as a place to vacation with our 2 year old daughter.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Our favorite part of staying at our condo is sitting on the balcony every morning, looking at the ocean enjoying a good cup of coffee and some breakfast. We love to walk out the door and on to the beach and just lounge all day. We also just installed a flat screen TV in March of 2010 and added some beautiful new furniture including a nice chair and bar table and chairs and a coffee table. It's so nice we are almost afraid to rent it for fear of it getting damaged.

I stayed at this condo for a week May 2011 and I have to say it was beautiful! Very modern decor and the owners were so helpful. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach and very family friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

This Villa was well located, minutes away from the exquisite beach. The Villa is well kept, well outfitted and has a sophisticated decor, a very comfortable atmosphere. There is a water view from the balconey. It is also a short walk to Coligney Circle where you can find any ammenity that you want. My husband and I had the Villa for two weeks and everything about it enhanced the enjoyment of our stay. The photos and description of the Villa was accurate. Regards Travelon

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the villa over a long weekend getaway. The villa was clean, well furnished and well maintained as was the overall condo development. The view of the beach was beautiful. The beach was only a short walk away (no streets to cross!) and the villa was conviently located in terms of dining and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back next year.

While the posting promised a "clean & well maintained" villa and even mentioned "luxury", my husband and I found it not to be the case. The toilet ran constantly, the A/C was noisy and the vent was filthy, the view was primarily of the parking lot with a view of the ocean requiring a stetch over the balcony. The elevator was broken, neighbors were loud on the deck & in the hallway which was dim, furniture was worn. We left after one sleepless night.
Owner response:Our mission is to ensure every renter has an amazing vacation while staying in our villa. The issues stated above with the toilet, A/C and elevator have all been addressed. We typically recieve compliment after compliment about the location and view from our villa. While the villa is on the side of the building similar to 90% of the villas in Sea Side, our villa is located toward the front of the building closest to the ocean giving our renters a great view.
