  We love the Room Size, Views, Thai architecture and services. This boutique hotel with private villas is a great stay in Koh Samui. I have never had better service with a hotel before staying here. The hotel workers were wonderful, curteous, prompt, and accomodating. They were especially great with my 15 month old daughter. Highly recommended.

  Location, staff, views, general ambience. By far the best place I'll ever stay. Hillside location that overlooks the bay gives the villas a secluded and exclusive feel. The staff here are the most friendly and attentive yet least intrusive you'll find anywhere in the world. It's the little extras that make it special. The Infinity pool which overlooks the lush gradens and tall palms, the private Chef service and its food is excellent and great value. Great location away from it all yet at the same time near enough to the great beaches and restaurants. A special thanks to Ong and her team for this very special stay full of memories for the entire family.

  Emplacement a 7min en scooter du centre ville chaweng le calme la vegetation le service. Nous avons séjourné 3j après un long voyage, nous avons voulu tester la formule villa privative avec piscine. L'accueil a été parfait ne pas hesiter a les appelé on vient nous chercher a l'aeroport. Ong et son équipe sont très pro et font tout pour satisfaire vos demandes....ex scooter livrer en 3min un tel portable a dispo pour la joindre surclassement de la villa. Petit dejeuner préparer tous les matins avec fruits frais café thé pancake croissants pains au chocolat vraiment top. Un grand Merci a Ong et son équipe et à Francisco le proprietaire qui est venu à notre rencontre. Cette formule est un excellent compromi avant le démarrage d'un long séjour ou pour se sentir libre et surtout au calme. Nous esperons y revenir très vite.

  Thank you for such a nice family holiday due to quality of accommodation as well as services and all your assistance organizing our stay in Koh Samui. Villa is very well managed by a team led by Fone. Choeng Mon beach is true paradise and is a short stroll with all amenities and facilities available. Villa decor is sublime and you really get value for money in this outstanding villa. The inclusive breakfast served in dinning room or patio is 1st class.   Had an excellent vacation @ Villa Baan Chang. This is a very nice large villa, as all the other comments you can see. One thing which really stood out for me is the service from Francisco. Day and night I would email Francisco, asking questions and the response was only very a few minutes away. Very reassuring. The few minor issues we had during our stay were rectified immediately. We were in Thailand during the troubled times, but this was contained within the major cities. In Samui, you would not have known about the issues if it was not for the media. I was actually in Bangkok during the protests and again this is contained to a few streets which were easy to avoid.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

  Lovely villa with beautiful garden and excellent amenities and services. Peaceful location within walking distance to a very nice beach and restaurants. The daily breakfast is of high quality and a true delight with a wide choice. We highly recommend this villa for its amenities ,location and service received.

  We spent 10 nights in March in this beautiful home . Booking this fantastic holiday villa was very smooth and customer service provided was excelent. The villa is located walking distance to a nice and large sandy beach where choice of restaurants is great. The home is very well looked after and the onsite staff headed by the villa manageress do a very good job and are very discret. All in all this private villa is a must and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation in a superb location and managed with hotel services. The property is not suitable for disabled guests. We all hope to return soon and would like to thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

  We have spent Christmas and New Year at Villa Baan Chang and were delighted with the warm welcome at Samui airport where we were greeted By Michelle (Villa manageress ) and our private driver. The villa comes fully serviced and the staff are very efficient and discret. We will rate the villa as very good in all means .Choegmon beach and restaurants are plentiful and for all taste and all within walking distance. Very peaceful location and surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. Daily breakfast included in the rental rate was sublime and rated better than most good hotels. The villa is run as a hotel but you get the space and privacy as well. We highly recommend this villa . Diane and family.

  My friends and I made the right choice when we booked our 10 night stay at Villa Baan Chang in December 2008. The Villa itself is beautiful. Superbly decorated with a feeling of real luxury. The towels and linen are of high quality, the beds very comfortable and the villa is spotlessly clean. The outside space is totally private and sitting around the pool, day or night surrounded by tropical gardens, was truly wonderful. Apart of the perfect choice of Villa, the service that we received from Michelle and her team was fantastic. From being met at the airport to our departure, nothing was too much trouble for Michelle. Her team provide the most relaxing breakfast with everything you could wish for and more - all beautifully presented. If you are looking for a great location, a bit of luxury, comfort, privacy and excellent service, then look no further - this one is guaranteed not to disappoint! Denise

  We are 2 couples from france and have spend 10 days at Villa Baan Chang and had to write few words to say we had a fabulous time and all was as discribed and shown and even better. The villa is very nicely furnished , designed and well equiped,fuses thai style with all the modern facilities. Landscaped garden out of this world ,i wish i could have taken some plants back home. Choegmon beach is a true peace of paradise for beach lovers,not too busy and with a very good choice of restaurants. A car rental is necessary if you want to explore the island unless you want michelle to organise a chauffeur driven car . In all and all we will recommend Villa Baan Chang to anyone ,Michelle made us feel like at home from the time we arrived and she will organise tours and made all our demands possible. Thank you to all the team who made it all possible. We would love to join you soon again , Merci .

  There must be something special at villa Baan Chang as we now have made 2 visits in a year .The villa has large airy rooms and outside space is ideal for entertaining and confortable to chill out in the patio area or in the landscaped garden.The housekeeper is very good and keep the villa very clean and well maintained .The luxuriant grounds are equally well tended by the gardener .A huge bonus to this villa is its location not high up in a mountain as many others in the island but in a gentle slop ,5 minutes walk from Choegmon beach and restaurants but so private and peaceful within its estate . For a change i have found there are plenty of additional entertainments on the island to suit all tastes and ages ,chaweng is a mere 10 minutes drive away. A special thanks to michelle our villa manageress who made all our wishes possible . Thank you for such a lovely time and see you again!!!!!!!! Peter , Paulin ,Andrew , Claire.

  My friends and i had a fantastic time in Koh Samui and the villa was everything and more than we had expected . We love the location and the villa was really spacious and confortable ,landscaped tropical gardens are magnificent . I can say with confidence on behalf of my friends that it was definitely up to standard and we didn't have any problems with it. We were really impressed by the kitchen and the size of the bathrooms. With regards to the service provided by the staff (May Michelle),that was also brilliant. We were glad to have them around ,especially on the first day as we had no idea where we were going . I am particularly grateful to them and very please with our experience at villa baan chang. Thank you!!!!!!!! Helen

  We just had to write to say that,what a wonderful time we had staying at villa Baan Chang. The villa and it´s subtropical gardens were out of this world,and Michelle,Monika,Paat and all their team were there for us whenever we needed anything.They were remarkable and very helpful. We walked or cycled down to beautiful Choegmon beach everyday.The children were so happy there,they didn´t want to return. Choegmon had everything we required for our family beach holiday,that we hardly felt the need to spend anytime elsewhere. We took the opportunity to make the 10 minute taxi journey into nearby busy Chaweng twice,but could not wait to get back to our beautiful peaceful villa. Just as you stated in your advertising,the whole setup is orientated towards providing a private villa setting,but with many of the facilities you would expect in a top class hotel. The icing on the cake,so to speak was our final evening,when Monika arranged for a Thai chef to come into the villa to cook dinner for us. It was a meal fit for a King, All of which was served outside by the pool,with candle light and under a starry sky. The perfect finish to a perfect holiday .   Dear Chris, We were picked up at Samui airport by our villa manageress (Michelle),she was telling us about the services we will receive and made us feel very special . When we drove up our private road to access villa Baan Chang ,we knew straight this was going to be the perfect base for us to rest and enjoy the island and the villa's location 2 minutes drive from a main road (but once inside the private driveway ,seclusion and tranquility in the middle of the tropical gardens make you feel like miles from anywhere) ,in all and all great location ,peacefull and 5 minutes walk to beautifull choengmon beach,no need of a car . Getting out of the car ,villa Baan Chang staffs ,our housekeeper johan,our chef noi were outside the villa to welcome us . the villas garden are just outstanding and very well kept by pat (the gardener),you can lay by the waterfall and read or just enjoy a siesta ,just magic.We were surprise to find such a nice size plot and great garden as we were not told much about it when booking the villa and no pictures were shown on the website (you should have pictures advertised ) but very pleasant to see it on arrival. The staffs is outstanding and will cater for your every need and requests ,Michelle will organise a private boat ,a candle light dinner and much more (it was really like beeing in a deluxe hotel with the extra privacy ). if you want to go out and have lunch or dinner ,nice restaurants along the beach from budget to very good,one of them is the sala (good ambiance). Baan Chang furniture and decor is very elegant and bathrooms are fully marbled and luxuriously equipped. We are not able to describe our experience with words but, we just wanted to say thank you very very much to all your team working there and thank you to make our dreams come true .We had a fantastic time and wll see you soon again. We will not hesitate in recomending your villa to anyone . July,Mike and Family.
