  You can tell the owners love their condo. It is complete and comfortable. The location is great, with direct proximity to free county bus, ample parking, and convenience to the lake and ski areas. Highly recommended!

  We had a great time vacationing at this condo. Everything is so convenient to the location. We skied at Breck, Keystone and A-Basin with such ease. The kitchen was so convenient for us to cook dinner and make breakfast in the mornings. We were able to save a lot of money that way.

  We had an amazing vacation. The condo was perfect; clean, organized and beds so comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Our favorite time was sitting by the fire playing Scattegories and Kuukuk while we rang in the New Year. We created great family memories.

  We were looking for an affordable condo with easy access to the ski resorts in central Colorado. This was just what we had in mind. Everything about the unit was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked with a variety of cooking equipment and appliences (blender, toaster, bread maker, croc pot, 2 types of coffee makers, all sizes of pots and pans, etc). There were pleanty of linens and paper products for our whole family. The wi-fi worked great with multiple devises connected at the same time. There were lots of books, DVDs and games available for our use. The building mamagement kept on top of the snow removal in the parking lot and driveway and the facility common areas were clean and well maintianed. The owners were very responsive to our questions and we enjoyed working with them rather than a rental company.

  We enjoyed this Condo very much all-in-all: the location is fabulous in every respect, the unit is very, very well-equipped, and the owners are great to work with! We skied Vail (30 minutes drive), Beaver Creek (40 minute drive), and Keystone 10 minute drive. As the VRBO site says, the location is in great proximity to anything you might need: stores, restaurants, rentals, entertainment, etc. Our favorite breakfast place was the Mountain Lyon Cafe in Silverthorne!! Great green chili, velvety scrambled eggs, and everything else was wonderful, too, including the servers!! Our only complaint about the Condo unit is that the WIFI is very, very slow, and we would recommend that the owners install high-speed WIFI in their unit for their guests. Otherwise, AWESOME!!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  Owner response: The wifi is high speed cable internet that averages between 11-12 Mbps down and 4-5 Mbps up. Our unit is the closest to the router.

  We had a wonderful stay in Dillon in a very clean, comfortable and homey environment. With 2 teenagers, there was so much to do in the area, not to mention, right on site. We encourage anyone to enjoy this condo on the lake and the surrounding communities. Thank you to our hosts for allowing us the environment to enjoy our vacation.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

  Before we ever arrived our communication with Karen made our stay very easy. She provided great information about activities we were planning on doing while there. Barry and Karen's property is very convenient being on the ground floor access was easy. Sleep number bed is great. Living room was somewhat busy with furniture but if you have 6 people staying we understood why it needed that much seating. The property is great, Dillon is great and Frisco, Keyston, and Breck are handy, but best of all are the owners--super people to deal with.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  Thank you so much for allowing the opportunity to stay in your comfy home. We all enjoyed ourselves whether we were playing Clue by the fire and eating dinner or skiing, shopping in Dillon or bumin' around Breck. We had a blast! And it was so nice to know that when we were done with our day we had a nice home to come home to, nice showers with towels & wonderful beds to sleep in!

  Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We came for a summer escape from the heat and Dillon provided us with everything we were hoping for. the Friday Farmers' Market is wonderful and the music in the evenings at the Ampitheater was such fun! We spent a lovely day in Vail and another in Frisco and had a fabulous time. Your home is so comfortable and the area is so peaceful--we're sorry to have to leave.
