Wonderful restaurants are within walking distance, as are world class amenities such as the Naples Ritz Carlton. Our community offers two swimming pools, hot tub, and six tennis courts. Workout in the gym or relax at the clubhouse overlooking the lakeside pool. Our newly renovated, three bedroom, two bath, single-family home with two-car garage, will surely please the discriminating vacationer! The new eat-in kitchen is a delight to prepare meals in. Shower in the new all seamless shower, or relax in the new Jacuzzi tub with jets. Our home has been totally updated with new carpeting, tile, and freshly painted walls. The new ceiling fans on high vaulted ceilings give our home a breezy tropical feel! New living room furniture to relax on while viewing the large screen TV with cable, and VCR. Also a stereo with CD player. We have also added a flat screen LCD TV in the master bedroom. Enjoy the outdoor private shower! Why the Owner Chose Beachwalk
We chose this location for the beaches first and foremost. We are within 1 mile of the white sand beaches. We are in a safe, clean, and friendly neighborhood. We are close to parks, libraries, restaurants and shopping. Wonderful restaurants abound in this location, as does fine shopping.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We totally renovated our home to have all the modern and luxurious features we desired in a beach home. Jacuzzi tub in the master bath, outdoor shower under the stars. Large and private lanai front and back for resting, reading, dining, and recharging our batteries. If you are ready to work off a few pounds how about a few rounds of golf? Tennis anyone? There are 6 Har-tru courts available. Water aerobics? Sure, every weekday morning at 9:30.
We are in a private, gated community on a cul-de-sac. We are 1 mile from the beach. We are less than 1/4 of a mile from the new Mercato Center.

We are a family from VA. who loves the beach! We try and visit 4-5 times a year. There is so much to do in Naples-great restaurants for dining, golf, beaches, fishing, parks to see. We are within biking distance to Delnor Wiggins State Park. We are close to waterfront dining, the new Mercato Center with fine dining and shopping. Over 100 golf courses to choose from! Miles and miles of unspoiled beaches!

We could not have enjoyed our stay any more than we did at this lovely, home in Vanderbuilt beach. We have gone there for a few years now.The property is well stocked & very clean. It was nicely furnished with all the amenities you need. You’ll enjoy the Master Suite for extra privacy and relaxation. The jacuzzi tub is a luxorious treat after a long day shopping. We liked to sit out on the lanai and have a cool drink in the evening before heading out to all the nearby restaurants for dinner. Situated in a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of security , the home is just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Garage space was plentiful and the owner provided beach cruiser bikes, rafts and beach chairs for our convenience. Nearby was the New Mercado which offers upscale shopping, dining and entertainment. I particurally liked being close to a whole foods market. They even had a nearby rental shop so that I could rent baby supplies for the twins. The owners were great to work with and highly responsive. They really have thought of everything. Cindy and Bill also provided restaurant tips and recommended some great places to visit. We will definately be coming back soon.
