This property is stunning! This 4 Bedroom, 3 1/2 bath custom built vacation home was built in 1994 and has been impeccably maintained. Located 5th row from the ocean in the fabulous Sea Pines Resort, all the amenities are at your fingertips.
This large light-filled home has 4 generously sized bedrooms. The master has a King bed with room to spare and a beautiful private bath and walk-in closet. One guest bedroom has an array of large bay windows overlooking the lushly landscaped backyard and a Queen bed. This bedroom shares a bath with another guest bedroom with 2 Twins.
The 4th guest bedroom has a private bath and two Twin beds. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. There are granite counters and a wonderful sitting area and breakfast nook, each with bay windows. The Living room is equipped with a giant screen TV with 5.1 Surround Sound! One of the living room sofas is a queen sleeper. Additional TV's with DVD/VCR's are available in the bedrooms.
The beautifully manicured backyard has a large pool surrounded by lush mature landscaping. The beach path begins through a beautiful leaf-lined archway and takes you to miles of unbelievable beach! Walk around the home and discover!
The pristine Sea Pines Resort cannot be missed for any visit to Hilton Head Island. With miles of hiking/biking/walking/running trails and world-class beaches, Sea Pines is a vacationer's delight. The famous South Beach and Harbor Town areas provide for family and adult entertainment, dining, music, the water, and memories. Enjoy the Beach Club at Sea Pines Resort (4 streets over) with its Surfside Grill and Beach Club Bar as well as sand volleyball court. This property is ideally located close to the beach, shopping and everything Hilton Head. Location is everything and this one has it all. The Sea Pines Beach Club is a few blocks away serving up tasty beach fare, beach volleyball and beachside showers!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week in this home! The interior is lovely and spacious with everything we needed. It was wonderful to simply walk out onto the patio and not have to worry about high steps down to the pool. The pool was fantastic as it's bigger than most. Best of all was the close promximity to the beach. This home was centrally located too for all the festivities at Harbor Town and South Beach. We'll definitley rent again!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We arrived to find this home extremely dirty and the heater not working. The sheets on the beds are old and ripped. The bath towels are ratty and musty. There is a layer of dust on everything. There are huge windows and all are so dirty the sun barely shines through. The floors had filth of unknown origin and hair on them. The owner was out of the country and unavailable to remedy any of our complaints. The management company, Hilton Head Resorts and Golf, just gave us lip service. They said they would have somebody come and clean, but that never happened. We were very displeased with our stay here. We have been successful with VRBO in the past, but were very disappointed in this property. We would not recommend this property to anyone.
Owner response:For the information of our future renters: As owners of this home since 2005, we have taken swift action to correct each and every one of the issues noted in this review. Under our new management, the house has been power-washed, deep cleaned, windows cleaned, new furniture installed, and we have ordered and are currently installing a brand-new stainless steel appliance package for the kitchen. Additionally, we have replaced all sheets, towels and updated/replaced all kitchen cookware and glassware. We've been through the home top to bottom and are confident you will find it in excellent shape. We are very sorry that this reviewer did not have an excellent experience and recognize that the stay occurred over a Holiday (I was out of the country at the time) and between a busy rental season in 2010 and before we had a chance to do our pre-season preparation, cleaning and replacements. We have redoubled our efforts to provide a beautiful home and an amazing experience here in gorgeous Sea Pines. Please do not be swayed by one review as we have been renting homes on Hilton Head Island since 2000 and we think we have a pretty good track record! We have offered our reviewing guest a repeat stay at our expense to show our concern and respect for his experience and to show our willingness to please. Sincerely, owners.

Everything you said about this wonderful beach home was true. Our family had an incredible time! The photos were very accurate. We enjoyed the short shaded walk to the beach. The beach area was ENORMOUS and had few others near us. Everything was clean, well-maintained and we would HIGHLY recommend your property to any friend or family. The LARGE family area is great and so is the sitting area off the kitchen. We SO enjoyed the 2-story window wall. We have NEVER had a beach home with TWO dining room tables. We used one as our "Laptop Office"--so convenient. The kitchen is AMAZING! We could store all of our food products in the floor to ceiling pantries. Your washer and dryer are super fast. We put them to good use. The bedrooms are larger than any we have had and the bathrooms are also very nice. The master bath looks as if it stepped off of a magazine page. The pool and patio area are very convenient and conducive for family fun. This is one of my favorite places for reading in the morning & afternoon. We enjoyed biking on the MANY bike trails and on the beach. Finally, the empty large garage area is wonderful for unloading and storing things. Thank-you for accurately describing your home.
