Welcome to the Lay-Z-Liv-N vacation rental located on laid-back Anna Maria Island in Manatee county with seven miles of sugar-white sandy beaches, and a relaxed Old Florida atmosphere with a style of its own. This smoke-free rental unit is JUST 150 STEPS to the beautiful sunsets of Bradenton Beach. Several restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, but a free trolley will take you from one end of the island to the other with a stop just around the corner.
This second floor end unit is very light and cheerful in its decor. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The sofa makes into a comfortable queen-sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, blender,coffeemaker,stove,refrigerator and kitchenware needs. There's also a DVD player and beach towels and chairs/chaises & beach umbrellas are furnished. The beautiful large pool has plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. We also have a large and small cooler for your use.
Off-island activities include Busch Gardens,Adventure Island and the Buccaneers football in Tampa 1 hr away; Disney World and Orlando theme parks are 2 hrs away, and St Petersburg and Devil Rays baseball 45 minutes away. Bradenton and Sarasota are close-in with museums, theater, more shopping and restaurants. The owners keep a thick notebook in the unit with plenty of area activities, sample restaurant menus, and lots of fun things to do to enjoy your vacation.
