Fripp Island is located on the South East coast of South Carolina in the picturesque Lowcountry. Bordered by the Atlantic Ocean, it’s just a short drive to some of the country's most historic sites in Beaufort, Charleston, and Savannah.
Our condo is located right on the ocean and you can watch the dolphins play from our living room! Why stay on an island if you aren't going to have an ocean view? Many of Hollywood’s finest movies have been filmed here, including Forest Gump, Prince of Tides, The Big Chill, The Great Santini, and Jungle Book.
Named as one of the '100 Best Golf Resorts in North America' by Links Magazine, Fripp Island has two fantastic golf courses with classic layouts and distinct personalities. The clubhouse for the Ocean Point Golf Course is just steps away from our condo.
We recently purchased this condo and it has been completely renovated and remodeled. Our home is newly painted, we've also added beautiful ceramic tile floors, new appliances, and new furniture. In addition, there is a fantastic new high definition TV and DVD/CD player for evening movies and popcorn.
Your villa features a large, comfortable living room and dining room area, fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, a large bedroom, bathroom, patio, and parking garage. There is also a new queen-size, sleeper-sofa in the living room. The breakfast nook overlooks a beautifully landscaped courtyard featuring BBQ grills and tables surrounded by banana plants and hibiscus.
Camp Fripp is designed for children ages 3-12 years old, it offers a fun filled day with crafts, nature trips, beach trips, pool games, and much more. Fisherman can spend their time along the meandering tidal creeks catching abundant fish, shrimp, and blue crabs. For the shopper, there are numerous shops and boutiques on the island offering everything from casual wear and souvenirs to grocery items.
Guests have a choice of five different restaurants on the island (Hugos is located across the lane). There are numerous swimming pools on the island (one of them heated year round) that overlook the ocean.
There are eight soft and two hard surface tennis courts for your enjoyment as well as jogging, bike and roller blade trails, and scenic nature paths. You can also rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, golf carts, bikes, mopeds, or book a seat on one of the regularly scheduled excursion boats for dolphin watching, shelling, and exploring!
Our rates include 2 amenity cards, taxes and housekeeping fee! What we quote is what you pay - no hidden or extra fees.

Your condo was beautiful and our family had such a wonderful time on Fripp. You have the best backyard (the ocean) we have ever seen! We saw a mother dolphin and her baby - it was beautiful.

What an action packed week we had here! We visited a lot of places on Fripp and Hunting Island. Our favorite activities: flying a kite on the beach, visiting the Lighthouse and kayaking on Hunting Island, swimming at the Cabana Club, just relaxing and walking on the beach, fishing and crabbing. This was one of our best vacations ever!
