Beautiful new beach home located off scenic highway 30A. Beautiful gulf and lake views all the way to Destin from third floor tower room with other views of the gulf from the other floors.Inside you will find all the comforts of home. Beautiful wood floors, granite counter tops, and tasteful furnishings make this a delightful home away from home.Watch the sunset while rocking in the chairs on the first and second floor covered porches. Enjoy the beautiful deck and pool area with its lush and natural landscaping. The carpeted master suite is a great getaway to relax. Unwind in the master bathroom's jetted tub. Enjoy a short walk to the gulf for fun and recreation in the sugar white sand. Seaside,Watercolor, Sandestin and Outlet Malls just a few miles away.This home has three bedrooms, two are on the first floor and the master suite is on the second floor. All beds are queen size.In addition there are two queen sleeper sofas, one on the first floor and one in the tower room. The house is about 150 yards to a very nice public beach access. This access has parking, boardwalk over the dunes to the beach and shower house.

MY family stayed here last fall break. My sister in law and her family are staying there right now for Spring Break. It is an awesome place to stay with kids. The pool is awesome and it's close enough to the beach that you can see it from Balcony. The only areas I see for improvement would be to maybe update a few appliances and the TV's. But, who stays in the house watching TV when in Florida?! Thinking about staying here again this summer if it works into my budget! :-)
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The house was beautiful and the pool was very relaxing. Wonderful view of the gulf from tower room and master bedroom porch. Close to Destin for shopping and dining. Easy access to the beach. We had a great time!!!

Beautiful home and tastfully decorated. Gorgeous view of the gulf from tower room.Convenient to Destin for shopping,etc.Easy access to the beach. Had a great time. We would stay at this property again!!!!!
