Welcome to our "Little Slice of Heaven". We have a well appointed, quiet end unit on the first floor close to the clubhouse with high speed WiFi internet access. The new kitchen has hickory cabinets, granite countertops, new appliances and a tile floor.
This huge, well kept Winter Park condo is ideal for two families. We offer vacation rental by owner rates that are substantially less than commercial Winter Park ski rental rates.
This is a great condo with the most convenient location in the area! Two separate, free shuttle services will pick you up in front of our unit for a short, 5 minute bus ride to the Winter Park ski resort where world class skiing, mountain biking, and base area activities await. Our unit is also within walking distance of the town of Winter Park where you can enjoy fine shoping and dining.
Be careful about misleading ads. Most of the properties outside the town of Winter Park or in Fraser have 40+ minute bus rides to the resort area. Ads may say Winter Park, but the rent may not be in the town of Winter Park or anywhere near it.
The Sleeping arrangements: The first bedroom has its own full private bath with 1 queen bed. The second bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin bed. The third bedroom has a private full bath and 1 queen bed. The fourth bedroom has 4 twin beds (2 Bunk Beds) and shares a full bath in the hall with the second bedroom.
