  This is the 2nd year we have stayed in this condo. We always are amazed at the beauty and convience of this owner and her staff are always helpful and very easy to work with. We will book this for our spring break as long as it is available. There are 5 females in our group from 64 down to 13. Plenty of space so we never get ill with each other, oh I forgot there are also 3 TVs. Looking forward to another year!!!

  wife and i completely enjoyed our time in this condo...the view from front room and balcony are TOPS.. Location to Jacksonville and other islands is also good...

  My family and I stayed here for a week during our summer vacation in July (we've been coming to the island for over 30 years now) and this condo was amazing! The views just dont get any better!! It literally is amazing how close you are to the ocean here! The minute we walked in we knew that we were at a special place. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more! The unit was clean and comfy and just what we needed for a relaxing week. Even when you were in the room you felt like you werent missing any of the action outside. When we were on the beach and needed to run up to the room it wasnt a chore because the condo is so close to the water. The pool was clean and everyone we ran into here was very friendly! We cant wait to book this place for next year! Thanks Susan and Shessi for everything! :)

  My family of 5 stayed at this condo for Spring Break. The condo is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you need. The view is fantastic - short of sleeping on the beach, you can't get any closer! My boys are already planning a trip back for next spring break. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay!

  My friends and I stayed here for a week. Two of us were over 60 and the other was 44 and had just had her first treatment for breast cancer. There was plenty for all of us to do. The view from the living room and kitchen was breathtaking. It was close to everthing we needed to do or see. it was very quiet and relaxing. The condo had everthing to make for a comfortable stay. it was clean and with three tv's there was no arguing over what to watch. We all look for the time we can go back. All three of us give it a 10+++.

  My husband and I have spent quite a few long weekends on Amelia Island over the past year and this condo is BY FAR THE BEST we have stayed in. It was lovely and clean, well maintained and very, very comfortable; full of personal touches, and a kitchen that had everything we needed - we felt very much 'at home' staying in this condo. We go to Amelia to relax and to enjoy the beach - this was the most perfect place to do that - the view of the ocean really is remarkable - my husband enjoyed watching the football on Sunday afternoon whilst also looking out at the ocean !! We also enjoyed the pool, which we had pretty much to ourselves! We will definately be back as soon as we can plan another weekend away! - We highly recommend this beautiful condo, the booking process was easy and the owner very accommodating.
