This is a beautiful two bedroom two and a half bath, direct oceanfront townhouse, perfectly located in the heart of Millionaire’s Row, between Bal Harbor and South Beach. The only, and I repeat, the only unit in the building with direct access to the pool and beach from its private 400 sq. ft. terrace.
This 1430 square foot townhome comes equipped with TVs, video equipment, stereo system and enough bedding to comfortably accommodate up to eight visitors. It has a king size bed in the master suite, two full size beds in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The unit also includes a full service kitchen, complete with stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc., and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Enjoy direct access to the ocean with absolutely no streets to cross in a unit overlooking the pool and ocean from an oversized balcony and terrace. There are no elevators to ride or lobbies to cross. You are 100 ft. directly in front of the ocean.
With Bal Harbor and its shops only three miles to the north, South Beach, the famous Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive and the many cafés, restaurants, clubs and shops three miles south, you are sure to have a most enjoyable vacation.
Other attractions include The Miami Beach Convention Center, Jackie Gleason Theater and Lincoln Road Movie Theater, also a short distance away.
A Publix supermarket and Walgreens pharmacy are a half mile north of the townhouse, and please note, one valet parking is included in the price of your vacation rental to ensure total satisfaction.

I've been around the Miami Beach area since 1979 and have visited many beachfront vacation rentals throughout Florida. As soon as I saw this property, I was convinced, because of it's direct access to the actual beach, it would be a very popular place to visit for everyone with the need for the most relaxing vacation available. With no complaints from prior guests and many repeats, I can gladly say, it has been a pleasure providing my relaxing home to very satisfied and greatful customers since 2005.
Why the Owner Chose Casablanca
My wife and I chose to buy our vacation getaway at this location, the heart of Miami Beach, beacause this is a very family oriented area within walking distance to many shops, bars and restaurants north of 63d. st. With South Beach and it's many attractions only 2-3 miles South, it is the ideal location for the perfect vacation.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
One of the greatest benefits this property offers is the large terrace with the pool and beach access. It is the only unit in the buiding with this unique characteristic, making it a very popular place to be in. It's large (heated in the winter) pool also provides great fun for our kids and guests when we visit the unit.

My sister, aunt and I all over the ages of 50 rented this condo for five nights because we were attending the Steelers/Miami game. (We are BIG Steeler fans)! The gentleman who owns the condo is who we contacted and dealt with our entire stay. He was a perfect gentleman and was one of THE nicest people you would want to deal with, his name was Luis. My husband and I have rented many condos and homes over the years in Hawaii, Hilton Head, California etc. and I have to say Luis is THE best. He was accommating from the beginning to the end of the process. The condo was just as we expected, very large, very very clean, convenient and had almost everything we needed. We just suggested that new towels, new beach chairs and new pots and pans should be purchased. The ocean view from the master bedroom was just beautiful when you woke up in the morning. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a plus. The private terrace was great when we had breakfast and at the end of the evening it was great for just relaxing. The pool was clean and the beach was very close. Although the people at the Casablanca were not responsible for anything we might have needed for the condo, they were very helpful. The parking space that was provided for us was a plus and having the car valet parked each time was great! The publix grocery store, walgrens and a few restaurants are near by. If you rent a car you are very close to many hotels, (Fountain Blue), etc and restaurants, (Joe's Stone Crab (excellent). Bal Harbour shopping is very close as well. For the price and location I would recommend renting this property. Marianne Pittsburgh, PA
