Ocean Village Club is an oceanfront resort that is located on the wide, white sandy beaches between A1A and the ocean on Anastasia Island - just minutes from St. Augustine, the oldest city in America, 20 minutes from World Golf Hall of Fame, one hour from Jacksonville and Daytona Beach, one and a half hours from Orlando and Disney World.
Our beautifully decorated unit has a partial ocean view which you can enjoy from the balcony, living room, dining room, and kitchen. It is a second floor, two bedroom two bath corner unit (extra window and more private).
The living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, two recliners, cable TV with DVD/VCR and a ceiling fan. The dining room seats six people.
The fully furnished kitchen has all appliances, a washer and dryer, icemaker in side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. The large balcony has a table and six chairs and opens from the living room and master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a king bed, TV/VCR with cable, ceiling fan, recliner and a private bath with a large walk-in shower and separate vanity area. The second bedroom has a queen bed (ceiling fan) and recliner with an adjacent bathroom (tub/shower). Each bedroom has plenty of closet space.
Our complex has two pools, one heated in winter and one oceanfront with a jacuzzi and two tennis courts. A short walk takes you to the private beach walkway.
This unit is not handicap accessible. Boats, RV's, trailers, and jetskis are not permitted on-site. All occupants must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by parents.
