Location: Rockport, North of Boston & Greater Merrimack Valley, Massachusetts, USA

Accommodations:  Home, 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath (Sleeps 6)

This charming cottage has three bedrooms with two sets of twin beds and one queen-size bed, living room, galley kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, stove, and microwave oven, full bath, cable television, and gas grill. Pots, pans, plates, and silverware are supplied as well. Linens, however, are not supplied by us. You will need to bring sheets, towels, and beach towels. Lounge chairs are available to be used at the cottage only. Maximum occupancy at one time is six people, including children.

There is parking for two cars at the cottage. Trash is to be brought up to the dumpster located on the property. In addition, please no large parties, pets, or smoking.

A 50% deposit will be required upon confirmation and balance will need to be paid two weeks prior to arrival date. Our week runs from Saturday to Saturday with check in at 3 p.m. and check out at 11 a.m.
