Ocean Front spacious three bedroom condo in the heart of Isle of Palms(IOP). Floor to ceiling views of the ocean and beach from the L/R and MBR. Conveniently located within steps of shopping and dining in IOP or just 20 minutes from downtown historic Charleston! Located at the 1140 Ocean Blvd Complex right where the 517 connector road hits IOP.
This first floor condo has the advantage of direct beach and pool access from the private porch steps and an unobstructed ocean view. Or you can take the building elevator located on the street side. The raised level of the first floor in this complex puts your view over the top of the dunes. Enjoy your day at the beach or lounge by the large OF pool w/gated access. Grill out by the complex pool.
Step into the wide artsy foyer and get your first sight of the ocean through the patio doors in the L/R. Enjoy dining on the covered porch with table and lounges. The L/R with new comfy sleeper sofa, love seat, and side chairs provides plenty of seating. New hardwoods in the L/R and carpet in the bedrooms. This is the larger 3 BR condo available in this complex (1629 sq ft).
The D/R table seats 6-8 and the fully stocked kitchen has a separate pantry with plenty of space to store your groceries. When you are ready to relax view the new 32" HDTV with surround sound and DVD/VCR player. Keep in touch with the high speed internet ethernet connection. (You can connect our mouse and keyboard to your laptop. We also have a wirless router.
The MBR Suite with a king bed and sitting area has porch access and full ocean views. The deluxe MBR bath has double sinks, separate shower, and soaking tub. The MBR and Queen bedroom have been redecorated with Waverly and Nautica bedding. All bedrooms have their own cable TV. The Queen B/R has a full private bath and the Twin B/R adjoins the hall bath.
After a long day at the beach, walk to a local restaurant for a great meal or venture to downtown Charleston to experience world class dining! Walk down to the Windjammer to take in the local nightlife while listening to the live band. Walk across the street and talk to the parrot or treat the kids to ice cream at Ben and Jerries.
Just cross the bridge and you are at the deluxe Piggly Wiggly and Target in Mt Pleasant. If you haven't been to IOP before you'll be amazed at the super wide beaches with hard packed sand - great for jogging or bike riding.
The kids will never be bored here. Just across the bridge is the connector road to Charleston. On this road you will find the upscale Town Center Mall with a movie theatre and all the big name restaurants and stores. Get all your supplies at the big Piggly Wiggly and Target right over the bridge less than 5 minutes away.
You will be sure to find activities in Charleston that satisfy every taste. The Charleston area is home to museums, ghost walks, carriage rides, plantation tours, nightclubs, harbour cruises, theatres, concerts, and historic forts. There is fabulous shopping in downtown Charleston on King Street or visit the City Market for great deals on local arts.
Sports fans can find many different activities close by as well. There are many great golf courses as well as tennis courts, wind surfing, fishing, scuba diving, horseback riding and many more activities are available at Isle of Palms.

Our family had a very relaxing stay at this condo. The views were fantastic, the condo was beautiful and we felt very at home while there. Charleston is a beautiful place to visit. Wish our stay could have been longer! We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at so many different places along the east coast over the last 20+ years, and this is definitely our favorite! We walked in and new right away it was perfect for our group of 6. We have stayed in this building once before when all the children were young, but this time it was just the adults. We loved being on the first floor with the steps leading out to the beach. And having the elevator was great also for bringing everything up from the cars. The Isle of Palms is so close to Charleston for a night out in town or shopping on King St. and at the Market. And the grocery stores are also very convenient in Mt. Pleasant. Our group enjoyed walking next door, having a drink and listening to the music. The unit is so pretty, and we all felt very much at home. We know that next year we will not have to search all of the listings, because we've found our favorite one! Thank you!!!

Many thanks for sharing your condo for our annual family vacation this year. The condo was fantastic and very spacious. We were all very relaxed staying here. The big hit for us, was the stairs leading down for easy access to the pool and ocean. The kids loved being able to go across the street to the shops and to get ice cream and pizza. After the little ones were in bed, they loved being able to walk to close by beach bars to hang and listen to good music. We made alot of special memories during our week in IOP and we thank you for making this possible for us. Katie was a pleasure to work with and that was much appreciated. We took a vote and everyone wants to return, so we hope to book again with you in the future.

This unit was well equipt and well furnished. The location on the first level with beach and pool access was very convenient. Our family very much enjoyed our vacation here. Everything at the condo was great! It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed being very close to the beach and of course the view. Our favorite place we ate was The Boathouse. Our favorite activity was the Charleston experience. We walked the Historic District and found that to be very interesting. We also enjoyed the Patriots Point.

Wonderful time! My husband and I loved your condo. Such a peaceful vacation, would love to return. Our grand-daughter decided she wanted to live there, she especially enjoyed Charleston.

This property has lovely, comfortable furnishings. A fully equipped kitchen and clean, nice sized bathrooms. The laundry room is a very nice addition. The kitchen has a pantry and an island sink with all the dishes, plates, pots and pans needed to cook your meals. The balcony has stairs leading to the ground level with easy access to the pool unlike the 2nd and 3rd floors. AND THE VIEW IS BEAUTIFUL!

This was the 3rd time I have vacationed at this Condo Complex --- the first time in this particular unit. It was absouletely, hands down the best unit I have ever stayed in! The furnishings and all kitchen equipment were top notch --- the beach/pool access via the steps on the ocean side was a wonderful feature. The only thing that would be nice to add to this property is something in the pool area to provide shade. For those of us wanting sun it was terrific --- but for those with sun sensitivity, it would be a nice touch. We will be staying here again! Would recommend the Harbour Tour in Charleston -- get the one that includes the carriage ride and the Boone Plantation Tour. You can spread each of the 3 over the length of your stay, plan on a minimum of 4 hours at the Plantation. Also dinner at Hyman's in Charleston is always good --- Gilligan's in Mt. Pleasant was even better. It was great that you could just walk across the street to Ben & Jerry's too --
