The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, DVD, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi, walk-in shower, double sink vanity and linen cupboard. The guest room offers twin beds, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and linen cupboard.
A pull-out queen size double bed is in the den along with a TV, VCR, desk and armoire. The living room is open plan with a large dining-area. A fully fitted kitchen and laundry room complete the condo. There is also a double garage and four bicycles.
The delightful Wedgewood neighbourhood is peacefully situated within the gated community of Bonita Bay. This prestigious location offers many miles of walking and cycle paths, nature trails and canoeing, amongst the 2400 acres of beautifully landscaped lush surroundings.
Wedgewood has the largest pool in Bonita Bay and offers two tennis courts and an outside pavilion with barbecues for guests use.
In season, there is a free shuttle bus - hourly - from Wedgewood to the private beach where you will find loungers, parasols, showers, restrooms, picnic tables, refreshments and parking for your own car.
Locally there is fine dining and shopping at the Promenade and much more shopping can be found in the Fifth Avenue and surrounding area in Naples and at the Miromar outlet mall only 15 minutes away.

Rented this condo for ten weeks in 2010. Everything about it was a pleasure. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool very much. It is in a private community very close to shopping, restaurants, and great beaches. Condo comes with a two-car garage which was great for storing bikes and fishing equipment. Fishing in nearby Estero Bay is the best I have ever experienced in my 40+ years in Florida. Highly recommended.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
