Just vacationing or planning a family reunion? This beautiful 4000 sq.ft. single family home was built in 1926 for a state Senator. As you enter through the leaded glass entry there is a lovely staircase ahead with powder room to one side. Turn left into the large living room w/ fireplace, then walk through beveled glass french doors to the sunroom.
Turn right from the foyer and you are in the dining room. Off the dining room is a large beautifully crafted porch. Also, off the dining room is the complete beaded board kitchen, a sitting room with TV (perfect for reading a book) and a laundry room and full bath. There are a set of stairs from the kitchen that lead to what was once servant quarters where you will find a bedroom with private bath.
Now from the foyer up the stairs you find 4 bedrooms, one of which is the master that has a bath with a shower that is awesome. There is also a full bath off the hallway. Up now to the third floor, on the right is a bedroom with a Queen bed, a full bath off hallway and to the left what we like to call the dorm room where there are 6 single beds with TV and DVD player (perfect for the kids). All this only one block to the beach.
